They work with me on my check in time but had to pay 20 dollars to get in early.hope they work with me because I didn't know that I have book for the same date on my room hope they will let me change it to today.
It will be wrong if they don't when I paid already and why would I pay for two rooms on the same day when I am in one and its just me and my husband .

Breakfast there was no breakfast and the location was bad
I did not like the room was full of roaches in the bed covering was nasty was dirty. We moved the beds, and there were a Cookie packed under the bed trash, and the cookie was stuck to the floor. They gave us towels in the towel, the towels was dirty they wasn’t clean. The ice machine didn’t have no ice in it from the time we were there we were there from August 11 through the 13th and if it was ice in the ice machine the ice machine was so dirty that you wouldn’t even want to get ice from it.

All the lights in the room were off. A room was changed.
When checking out, the front desk didn't want to pay a $50 deposit. The front desk said the $50 deposit would be refunded to my credit card. The front desk didn't know my credit card number. And when I checked in, the front desk asked me to pay a deposit of US$50 in cash. After waiting patiently for a long time, after many negotiations, the front desk finally refunded the $50 deposit.

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, there was an incident, and a guest was allowed to harrass other guess while waiting 1 1/2 hrs for the security guard to come back and check surveillance cameras to find out that her own friends robbed her. Meanwhile, dealing with a raoch infested room and feeling unsafe, the staff never offered a solution help or even other remedies to help guests feel safe.

Can't find one thing I liked honestly.
Roachesssss everywhere not just one or two but the whole place was infested couldn't even stay longer than 5 minutes in my room before I requested a refund. Would rather sleep in my car 0/5 stars ⭐️. Save ur money and ur time and just book somewhere else. Room smelled like cigarettes as well just disgusting all together

Gal at front desk was nice but police were there for an incident when I went to let her know I was leaving and ask about my deposit. She said she would release it back to my card as soon as police left but it still has not went back to my card.
Not very clean and infested does not even explain the roach infestation?! I never in my life seen anything like it. We didn’t even dare get into the bed. Roaches on headboard… on the wall literally everywhere and they just kept coming. I ended up taking a shower cleaned the shower before getting in it. Found roaches in the shower curtain?! Literally beyond infested?!

Nothing really, it was one of the worst places I've stayed. The price was it I guess.
I walked in and the sheets looked like there was blood on them , there was marijuana on the counter top , not that there is an issue with that but it let me know they didn't clean properly. The walls were dirty . I got woken up by a cockroach as well as my daughter.

I booked for 2 nights and my wifi didn't work I guess where I was located in the back area the hotel wiffiy don't work towards that way i kept telling the office and they said they couldn't do anything about it
