pricy. exit gate and road was very difficult .

it was close to universal studios

dirty and outdated

we liked that the rooms were very well kept and the location was close to universal studios.

we didn’t like not having a staff member on property. we had to check in at a different hotel and it was a little worrisome if a problem was to arise and there were no staff members on site. also, the internet did not work the entire time we were there and I feel that would be an easy fix for the hotel to ensure their guests are connected in this day and age.

No breakfast

It was close to Universal studios, that’s where we spent 2 days of the 4 that we stayed. Beds were made and cleaned everyday and towels were changed everyday.

Bathroom had black mold, blinds were dusty, we were going to open the window and we decided not to even attempt so that all that dust didn’t fall on our bed and pillows. Vegetation is over grown.

Had everything I needed.

Beds were ok, but could be a little more comfortable.

sketchy establishments nearby, rooms were very small, no reception desk on site, no coffee maker, no amenities of any kind. paid parking.

I did like that the room has a fridge and microwave.

I had to check in somewhere else and then it appeared no staff ever worked in the office at my motel. The office was never open and I called for an extra towel and was told the maid would leave it but they did not then the office was never open so I couldn’t ask for one. Also the shower was disgusting and had mildew all over it. Parking was also a nightmare.
