Breakfast was conveniently located. Room was spacious and clean with large fridge. Walk in shower was excellent.
Breakfast space not quite big enough for how full the hotel was.

We were so impressed with this hotel. The front desk clerk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well laid out - we actually wished we were staying there more than one night as it was such a good room. The breakfast was good - as always at hotel breakfasts it was a bit busy and sometimes they were running out of items and it was taking a while to replenish. The coffee was delicious (I always expect the coffee to be pretty awful but it was great!). The pool was really nice, the slide wasn't open in the morning (opened at 10am) which was a bit disappointing for my kids but that's a super small thing and didn't take away from our overall great experience at the hotel.

The room, staff, and breakfast were AMAZING. The breakfast was the best spread I have seen at a hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff at the front desk were responsive to requests and very friendly.
The location of the property is not great. Downtown is at least a 30 minute walk away or 10 minutes by car. Difficult to appreciate much of the city unless you have a car of want to pay an Uber/taxi.

The toilet is too low for a handicapped person and the shower chair is also too low. Both are so low it is difficult for a handicapped person to get upright when seated on these.

I liked the open space in the lobby where one could eat breakfast. The little store in the lobby was also a good idea.
The decor in the room was dated, uncoordinated style and colour wise and somewhat sad, The rugs in the room were old and should have been replaced with vinyl plank flooring. The bedspread was thin and too cool.

We booked a suite which was spectacular! Full fridge and kitchen was well equipped m. Used the pool and hot tub. Very clean and friendly staff. I was surprised we got a reduced rate because my husband was in hospital

The size of the room was perfect and overall clean. Very comfortable. Large breakfast variety. Wifi was great.
The vent for the heating was across the bed and blowing slightly cold air on us all night. I wish the kitchen had a couple of more cooking utensils and dish soap.

The room was great - large - clean - full kitchen - and was able to bring my small dog.
Bathroom was large but not as clean as I would have liked. After a 10 hour drive I was looking forward to soaking in a tub but it had only a shower.

Location is very good and if you decide to stay on west side of the city, it will be perfect. Staff are friendly and tried their best to satisfy customer's needs.
During the Covid's season, no housekeeping. There is no excuse for not keeping up with the housekeeping duty.
Customers are more than happy to vacate their rooms for safe distancing. I registered my car during the check in process and paid the $6.50 per day parking charge and still have a parking ticket. They took care of the parking ticket but shown no respect to customer's time. Breakfast was handed out at front desk, and mix up with the check out line. All in all, not up to the Marriot standard and missed the satisfaction level by a mile.
