Hassle free access ; excellent Location ; Elevator ; street Parking not so difficult to find
The support of the beds is of Iron and slightly out ; dangerous if you hit it; the Bathroom has poor lighting and does not have hooks to hang clothes; needs some renovation to make it pleasing

3.5

Welcoming staff and easy move-in an out!!
Cozy and no real door to bedroom

Modern style ( interior), elevator, courtesy, close to Metro, bars, restaurants, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, special cofee place, bus stop etc....
Kitchen with all necessary amenities and cofee maker.
I was also given upgraded unit with no extra charge. The bed was very comfy and the host was AWESOME!
The first unit I was given was dirty ( in the sink).
There is no cable for TV.
Staying for a week ( 7 days and 8 nights ) without cleaning my room or changing my bedsheets wasn't fun.
There was an arny of ants and bookworms, that was no fun either. When I requested to fix the above mentioned issues, the host told me that I needed to pay $40.00. I wasn't happy to deal with ants, dirty bedsheets and extra towels at $40.00 and yet I had paid for the whole week. So, this policy of cleaning the room a cost should be waived for those who stay longer than 3 days. This would improve this business.
NB: after negotiation with the host, the unit was cleaned, towels changed, at NO Extra CHARGES. I truly appreciated that.
On the other hand, rooms feel really small, and a small piece of paper of instructions ok how to use TV, what's around such as restaurants and bars what not would be actually great for the business and the business partners in the neighborhood.
Sketchy street people around.
The window was not openable to be able to get fresh air
No baking pan in the oven :(

Big space, Clean, got every you need, I had excellent time at this place!
If they had more plastic bags for trash, it would be even better.

Welcoming Landlord. Very caring and supportive. Very responsive to the tenants necessary concern. Very limited parking areas.
What could have been better if they have an outside deck for residents. They still have space that they utilize to improve the property.

It was close to the metro, it was excellent having access to a full kitchen to cook in, some good places to eat nearby
The walls were kind of thin, not lots of sound proofing, unclear what kind of kitchen utensils would be provided

Nice location for a decent price

Great location, 25-40min walk to downtown (depending on what you consider downtown and how fast you walk).
The bugs (not sure what they were, but don’t think they were cockroaches) in the bathroom. Squashed one or two every day.

Everything was amazing friendly people great little place in the eastern part of the city , very comfortable room, it was great stay highly recommend C jour, also quite accessible for disabled individuals with a elevator key scanners for getting into the lobby it was very safe
Other than the tv being a little wacky for signal

The building was in a good location, away from the touristy and crowded neighborhoods, and it felt fairly safe at night. The 125 bus line stops in front of the apartment, and the nearest Metro is a five-minute walk. There's a bar just across the street, and restaurants and grocery stores dot the area.
The studio apartment I got was sufficient for a solo traveler. It was clean and had adequate places to store my things for a weeklong stay. The full fridge is a definite plus and the full kitchen more so. (I was able to save a lot of money by making my own food instead of eating out every day.)
Overall, I recommend the place highly and would not hesitate to stay here again next time I'm back in Montreal.
Some of the provided appliances weren't in the best shape—the pots and pans are visibly damaged and probably need to be replaced soon. I also did not get the necessary toiletries other than a bottle of almost-used-up body wash. Guests bringing their vehicle to Montreal may also find the lack of private parking an issue. It's street parking only and you'll be hard-pressed to find a spot nearby.

I liked all the facilities, they were easy access. The shower is very nice and big, no fighting for hot water between friends. I was able to use the laundry (really easy to use $1.50) and the air conditioning was a bonus for us, the kitchen was good.
The precious tennnat that stayed left a few things. We opened the microwave and someone left their food in there, and the shower had someone’s old loofa. The living room window mechanism was difficult to use, the strings attached are out of its tracks. But that’s about it.

Location is very good easy to get to other areas of Montreal.
The bed is uncomfortable. Pictures are nicer than the place actually is it's rather quite dreary.

the room was nice and mostly clean. it was well equipped
the blinds were broken when I arrived, the owner said that somebody would come the day after and nobody never came (I stayed there for 5 nights). My feet got black after walking barefoot, which meant that nobody had mopped it.

My boyfriend was threatened by the owners drunken nephew regardless of having the keys and controlled access chip key to the building, and was rushed unprofessionally by the owner for payment , had little to no privacy and was constantly given dirty looks by the owner . The room was over priced and kissing alot of things but the owners daughter was a delight , she was professional right up to the point she flirted with my boyfriend and even stood outside the door until a secondary payment was made to confirm we were gonna spend another two days this place has very very thin walls and almost no privacy .
I would not recommend staying here what so ever

Very nice and clean also the staff members are very welcoming and sweet.
4.4
The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a reasonably priced ($1.50) coin operated quality washing machine and dryer available for guests to use. Being away from busy downtown Montreal with reasonable street parking and a short walk to the Metro and IGA food store made it perfect for our needs.
The suburb location looked to be lower than average social-economic area, with some occasional evening street noise however this was easily blocked with closed windows.
4.8
The staff was friendly, clean and quiet building, private and comfortable, great location and affordable
The mattress was very soft, the parking isn't ideal
3.4
The flat was basic but comfortable. Not sure i would go back though. Communication with the owners was also good.
The location is not really that convenient. It is very close to the village and basically that's all. If you want to see more, you have to walk a lot more or take the metro. Rooms are noisy, traffic from the street and noise from the other rooms. I had a child crying for most of my stay.
