Clean. Location. Staff was kind and helpful.

1st day there was no breakfast. 2nd day they has a delivery in so there was breakfast. Had to bring towels down to get washed and picked back up. Other times they had to take them out of other rooms. Not sure what the owners are thinking but not enough inventory causes a lot stress for guests and staff as well as wasted resources running back and forth to put towels in the rooms later.

Employees are super nice.

Rooms need updating, there was a roach in our room.

Room needs deep cleaning and redoing. Sink finish gone so looked dirty, drain corroded. Drapes worn out. No sound proofing.

No phone in room, some curtains not all, one lamp didn’t work, remote didn’t work for tv.

My reservation was cancelled while arriving. The manager did provide a cheap price for a double bed room for replacement, but it’s too small and not comfortable for three adults.

The bedding is covered with dust. Strong smell of smoking from the bathroom and AC.

I don't think Wyndham would want their name associated with this motel. The carpet in the common areas was filthy, the carpet in the room needed to be replaced. I had to figure out how to turn on and off the TV, by pulling the electric plug. The shower head was not adjustable.

Wet room. Horrible smell disgusting stuff on the floor. Wyndom should be ashamed. Even for a lower priced option it was terrible and should be shut down

Nothing went well. Some of the staff were very helpful but they are obviously limited in what they can do.

Room smelled of mold and maybe ?feet?, curtain torn, lampshade torn, no suitcase valet, ants in the room, ants at the breakfast area ( I mentioned it at the front desk...I don't know if they did anything or not), room not made up each day....had to complain to get clean sheets and towels, no one at the desk at 7am on 8/19/2022 to check out (I left the card keys on the counter), the shower head shot water all over, the bed was very uncomfortable, microwave has never been cleaned on the inside, too many plugs in one receptacle, the hair dryer vent was completely clogged with dust/dirt, rooms were very dated, repairs that had been made were not done very well. Had I been able....I would have gone ANYWHERE else.

Tv and phone in room were not operable and we didn’t have hot water for showering. Hallways were quite dirty and grimy.

no bed bugs, air conditioner worked well, had clean towels, refrigerator and microwave in room, staff pleasant, clerk tried to help with issues but could only help with ice bucket, cups and found bottled water in back room and gave me 3 bottles due to vending machine broken.

motel needs to be updated. Carpet dirty, vending machines broken, no ice bucket nor cups in room, hole in bathroom door, smell throughout motel, breakfast not provided.
