Location eas good. Bed very comfortable

The floors were very dirty. Had to keep shoes on because our feet were black from floors

The room was very nice, bed comfortable.

Breakfast could be improved. Would be nicer a buffet style.

Hotel charged me 200 USD during check in as security deposit. During check out they told me the money will reimbursed to my bank account within 3-5 days, but nothing happened and money never returned back!

Staff was incredibly rude and not caring about our stay and experience.

Tables on the pool side should be clean more often

Location close to the airport was ideal. Closer than expected. Pool area was tidy.

Kids making noise in the hot tub after 9 PM. Children of folks in the next room, making noise after 10 PM - Startled me awake. I had to get up at 4 AM the following morning. Very frustrating.
