Easy to book and convenient location.
The ventilation system in room was broken and filthy. The bathroom had a dim flickering light and no fan so it was damp and humid and dark showering. The paint was old and scraped and peeling. There was renovation material left in the stairwell. It was what you would expect at an hourly rate motel in Times Square NYC circa 1982. The plumbing was so loud anytime anyone used a sink shower or toilet it was startling. Not the hotel itself but I was stuck on first floor and it sounded like elephants stomping overhead all night and early morning so sleep was never happening. Kind of the point of a hotel, somewhere to sleep , shower and be comfortable, failed in every area.

Only complaint is the furniture was very dusty when we arrived. We requested cleaning that next day and no one ever came.

It wasn’t very clean-and you need to request room cleaning a day ahead of time and fresh towels and sheets. We stayed one week, and it wasn’t worth the price. Breakfast was poor as well-not many options, and wasn’t tasty at all.

Dried blood was apparent on window curtain. At face level blood was observed. Likely from a facial cut from shaving or possibly from a slight hand finger wound.
The shower curtain had light mold growth.

This was a great location just 20 minutes from the casino for our show. The staff member who welcomed us was nice.
We had a few issues-
1. Our door did not shut unless you pushed/pulled on it extra hard. This caused our room to be open one evening when we did not pull it hard enough. The door did not fit into the frame, which we were told was from the weather.
2. The room was very dark. With all the lamps on, you could hardly see in the seating area.
3. A dirty wash cloth was left hanging in our shower curtain.
4. One leg on our sitting room chair was snapped.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. The pool area was filthy and the pool itself was freezing.

Just that it was convenient to going different places that I planned on staying out there.
Everyday I had to go and get fresh towels for my room they never came and vacuumed they never came and took the trash out there was painters tape still on the frames of the doors picture frames missing from the walls hardware exposed no smoke detector The pool was too cold to even enjoy around the pool is tiles that as soon as they get wet become dangerously slippery to wear one of my children fell while walking and hit their head.

we had a couple issues but the manager took care of it right away. We stay there several times a year since we have family in the area. We were very happy that the staff addressed our issues with no problems. We will be back.
