The room was a decent size. Nice facilities for children outside.

No cups inside the room to make use of the tea and coffee facilities. NO TOILET PAPER provided by housekeeping. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never experienced this issue. Toilet paper really is the absolute most basic expectation for customers at any star rating. We paid $187 CAD for this room (over $200 in AUD). For this amount of money in Australia, the room would be refurbished to a modern standard with an excellent array of facilities provided for customers. It looks as though the room has not been updated either since being built or not for at least 30 years. This room is not worth the money. There are many other accommodation options nearby. We strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

We were happily surprised at how great the rooms was. It has vaulted ceilings, fresh and mountain style decor, lots of shelving/storage in the room for our hiking gear and the beds were very comfortable.

Good location. Close to jasper. It was a very, very beautiful drive from jasper to this place. Staff at reception was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. It was a little noisy from the highway, but it did not bother me. Had a good stay. Highly recommend it.

Floors was a little bit dusty, so I to put flip-flops on. Overall, the pace was very clean. especially the bathroom, the bathroom was clean and updated.

We couldn’t get the heat out of the cabin. Aircondition couldn’t cool down the cabin. Even at night and open door and window it wasn’t much cooler.

Nice amenities, room and quiet location just a few minutes drive from Jasper National Park boundary and checkpoint. Our second stay there.

The Aircon unit was not cooling much on max cool settings.

It was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen area (for a room only stay). There was a large TV and dvd player which was useful due to the bad weather! The brewery next door was a great option for food and drinks.

Laundry facilities on site would have been useful. There is an arrangement with a hotel in Hinton but that’s 15/20 mins drive away.
