Das Hotel war wie erwartet, die Lage ist nah am Meer, Zimmer ok und groß

Leider war während unseres Aufenthalt das Internet immer wieder down und bei Benutzung des Aufzugs kam es zu langen Wartezeiten.

1. Friendly and easy check-in. Kudos to the check-in staff as they were very cheerful and helpful. 2. The room size and layout was nice. 3. Location and proximity to the Boardwalk and casinos is excellent. 4. Security and safety seemed to be well-organized. 5. Parking staff/assistants were excellent and helpful. 6. Parking garage had plenty of spaces and seemed secure. 7. Facility seemed new and with good maintenance. 8. The marketing staff members are super friendly.

1. The shower head was very low. Had to duck down under it in the shower. 2. Check-out time was extremely early (10:00 a.m.) and check-in time very late (4:00 p.m.). 3. There were dirty socks on the floor in the bedroom when I entered the room at check-in. 4. The elevators were a bit annoying, but the staff members next to the elevator were helpful and cheerful. 5. I would recommend that the hotel consider opening a small shop rather than the vending machines. This would provide a more personal experience and also more amenities that are not provided in the vending machines already. 6. I would recommend that the organization of the hotel's marketing efforts be reorganized so that sales pitches are not given immediately upon check-in. This is a big turn-off for guests that are just wanting to get in to their room and explore AC, etc. Consider providing informational material in the rooms and then making a follow-up call at least two hours after the guest has checked in -- or the information can be provided at check-in, but in a more indirect manner with brochures so that the guest knows what to expect if they decide to attend the "feedback session/info about Wyndham hotels.

It was very clean, it felt like home! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was close to boardwalk and beach.

There was no restaurant on site!!

Der Poolbereich roch sehr stark nach Chlor. Selbst in den Aufzügen konnte man den Chlor riechen.

La ubicación es excelente, a una calle del boardwalk, personal amigable, habitación con balcón fue un plus, no lo esperaba, hermosa vista parcial del océano, cocina bien equipada, amplio horario en la piscina (7am-11pm). Estacionamiento techado y suficiente espacio, instalaciones limpias.

La piscina es muy pequeña, max 4” profundidad. Lo que la hace excelente para niños aunque no para adultos. La manta del sofá-cama, olía mal y nada suave, a mi parecer deberían reemplazarla.
