Friendly, family run hotel.

This hotel is truly amazing, but unfortanely you need to have luck with who's manning the reception. When I arrived at the hotel on February 15th 2023 in the afternoon, the person at the reception was very helpful and polite. Unfortuanetly, when I checked out on February 16th in the early morning (5:30 am), the woman at the reception was not friendly or helpful at all. People like this should not be allowed having contact with customers. This definietly leaves a bad taste in my mouth, beacuse otherwise this hotel woudl've been one of the best ones I ever visited.

Close to the San Francisco Airport. They had a free shuttle in the morning from the hotel to the airport starting at 0403. They also had a pair of washers and dryers to do last second laundry. Room was large and comfy

Early in the morning, the staff lady was sleeping in the office so she didn't bother to help anybody until somebody knocked on the door to ask her a question. Shuttle was about 10 min late but because of a accident on the road

Loved the view from each window of my room. Liked that I could walk outside to the Bay trail. Loved the parking was free and easy. I loved the romantic country style furniture with bed posts and drapery. Just like the photos on their website.

I got very sick with Bronchitis the first night of my stay. I had to stay one extra night because I couldn't travel from coughing non stop. Tried to get help from front desk but they were not very kind or helpful. I eventually found a doctor and got help from Booking.com but expected more from the hotel. The constant carbon exhaust from airport in the room could have triggered the infection.

The property needs updating. I have stayed at Bay Landing for years and the property feels and looks dated. It hasn't changed at all during the past 20 years

Beautiful location right on the bay with a lovely concrete walking path. Staff was friendly and rooms large and comfortable. Very clean.

Views of the bay and planes landing was fun if you have a toddler! Big windows with large curtains are good if u need a dark environment to sleep. Booking.com said no breakfast, but they did have continental breakfast available. King room was spacious and comfortable. Furnishings are all on the older side, but that doesn't matter to me as long as it is comfort, which it was! AC wall unit worked well! They were able to allow us a slightly later checkout at 1300 per our request. Close to good restaurants
