The location was good and even it was so close to the airport. We barely heard any noises.

I think the building can have more green plants on each floors near the entrance. And it was pretty dry in the room when the air con was on.

Very helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, conveniently located near SFO. Also have storage on the first floor for your luggage so you do not have to bring it up to your room. There's also a small cafe in the lobby where you can get coffee and breakfast to go.

Need to expand the size of the main doors so that large suitcases/duffle bags can make it through the doorway on the luggage carts.

Clean and quiet room, very close to airport and they provide a shuttle.

Some issues with my booking, got locked out of my room 2 times. once because the dates were not input according to my requested time and second time supposedely because the cards de-magnetized (2 cards at same time??) could be. It was solved promptly by the staff but still an annoyance.

Close to airport, shuttle service was great. Close to BART station.

Tub and shower not cleaned as well as it could have been. Drain very clogged, water build up during shower. Conditioner leaking into tub. Walk to BART station not pleasant. And no shuttle drop off to BART.

Location. Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Bayside walking trail across the street.

The room-Tired and/or outdated rooms, squeaky plastic under all of the carpet in the room, so annoying. Squeaky bathroom door, missing art with screws left in the wall.

I stayed at the Westin as a layover at SFO before catching my flight the next day. A very nice spacious room with good facilities for a comfortable stay with a good comfortable bed and aircon. The Breakfast buffet onsite was very nice and plentiful with more coffee always on offer by staff, but the Breakfast is maybe a little pricey for some people. Staff are very nice and very approachable if you have any queries. The Hotel Stuttle Buses between the Hotel and the airport terminals at SFO are very good and very much appreciated. For this Hotel look for the Bus covering The Aloft and Westin hotels at the shuttle bus pick up point outside the airport terminal.

Not much to dislike, Just a good straight forward comfortable Hotel to stay at the airport, before catching an onward flight.

Location is really close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Also, room was geberally nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated. Just a slight change in the color of the walls and/or flooring would do so much (!) as the furnirure is still very nice. These carpets gave us a nightmare. The two of us had to take our 5 big suitcases to the end of the long hallway to get to our room. That was way harder than it should be. Also, in the description of the hotel they said 24 hour room service is available but that is not exactly true. We arrived pretty late so we were condemned to Uber Eats. If you don’t arrive hungry and tired after midnight and you don’t have loads of suitcases then hotel is a perfect choice.
