Great location and (some) staff were friendly

Several items in our room were broken or faulty. We had to call a few times to get things repaired or brought to us.

Front desk was friendly and very informative!

The location is very convenient, 5 min walk to space needle and close to options of restaurants. The room is very clean, even the top of TV cabinet. No dust at all! And we are very surprised that the hotel provided capsule coffee. And it is good that we can grab the bottled water and some individual packed bread and cereal bar to go.

The bathroom is a bit small as I have to take a shower with my toddler together, but it is fine for 1 night stay.

The Location was great That is it. There is nothing else for me to say! It was not enjoyable. It Sucked. Nothing was good, too Noisy. Ok, Maybe getting the last parking spot was ok.

The place smelled like mildew. The Toilet was leaking. The Hot Tub appeared to be foamy from are window view! Unable to sleep, had to leave at 5am to go home to bed where We were comfortable. I think the Microwave was manufactured in the 1970's!!

Hotel was in walking distance to most attractions. Staff very nice and helpful.

Pool needed upkeep. Hotel needed basic cosmetic maintenance. They were working on hotel while we were there. No breakfast buffet just take out grab bags. Although they had coffee and tea available in lobby.

They had a bag breakfast with pastry, banana or apple, granola bar and bottle of water. It was good for a light breakfast before heading out to get food. Motel was located in a great area. It was close to bus route so we could bus to Lumen field for the Seahawks game.

Some of the neighbors were a bit noisy

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de monorraíl de Seattle Center. En menos de diez minutos estás en el centro de Seattle. Las personas de recepción fueron muy amables y respondieron a todas mis preguntas acerca de las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. La habitación estaba limpia y era bastante amplia.

The beds were really comfy and the hotel was in such a good location. Near to all the big landmarks.

The hotel is in dire need of repairs/refurbishment. In our bathroom there was multiple staples in the wall to hold the wallpaper back together. Also the water did not get hot and was always warm. On the last day there was NO HOT WATER! I went to reception to ask to have this fixed a worker came and said it would be fine and still remained cold.

Location was excellent they had plenty of parking (you had to pay for it, but in Seattle, $15 a day was a great price)

Most of the ice machines didn't work and you had to go to the lobby where they had two counter top ice makers. Each basically filled up one ice bucket.

Free grab bag for breakfast was a big surprise and adequate for the purpose The bed linen was clean.

It was shabby and dated. The corridor to my room was narrow cluttered and uneven- mostly on a slope. The room was very very dated with old bathroom fitting furniture and wallpaper - with a border.

Great value and only 2 blocks from Chihuly Museum, Museum of Pop Cuture, Space Needle and public transportation to Pike Place and piers. People at front desk were very nice and insisted that I take an apple and water when we left.

I didn't like the gum wall, but I think I'm just supposed to talk about the hotel. The hotel was exactly what we wanted for the 3 days we were there.

Einrichtung ist heruntetgekommen. Jacuzzi ging nicht, obwohl das Wasser warmgehalten wurde.

Location was great for our purpose,. Room was clean the beds were comfortable

parking was limited and the “breakfast” was not good at all. bathroom was disappointing(very small) and the water pressure in the shower was not good either.

Great location for our needs

It was very outdated and noisy. The coffee machine didn't work in the lobby. As a tea drinker I had to go to the lobby every time I needed to boil the kettle. Breakfast was inadequate, a bottle of water, piece of fruit, muesli bar, and cake.

The staff was friendly

For almost a $300 night stay there was hair all over the room the AC didn't work there was bold in the bathroom there was a smell in the room the entire place was definitely very hot like there was no AC on I will never stay here again and they charged me $100 deposit fee that I never got back

Perfect location for Space Needle and Seattle Center attractions

Room decor is very tired and not reflective of the price paid.

Price gouging… this hotel is maybe a 2 star…$525 US for 1 night … absolutely Ridiculous

It’s proximity to the Space needle and Chiluly gardens.

Rooms were very dated, shower was very small and water pressure was terrible. No amenities for tea or coffee in the room.
