Nice and clean
I thought I was getting a king size bed, but it was a full size bed. My feet was hanging off.

Nothing it was overall not what I expected from the Internet picture or the description of the room.
Everything was dirty towels, sheets, the room period.

This place has bed bugs. We checked in at 11p by 4am we were up getting bit by bed bugs. Immediately checked and packed our things and went to the front desk. Was told that the manager was not there and wouldn’t be until 10am the next day. Called and was told I would get a refund, they acted so nonchalant about the whole situation. DID NOT give refund.

There was no breakfast at the hotel. Music from rental car agency next door was so loud that I could hear it when the AC cycled off, and the music played all. night. long. !

After a long wait for the desk clerk, he checked me in and gave me a key. The room was already occupied. By another guest who I walked in on.

The hall carpets had clearly not been vacuumed in a while. The bed sheets had holes in them and there were exposed wires coming out of an outlet in the room.

The only thing I like about this place is that it has access to shuttle service to the airport.
Poor vending machine. Not near eating restaurants. Dusty due to construction inside.
Not good place for one person traveler.

Location convenient to airport
There was a strong smell of marijuana upon entering front door. Able to hear he’ll noises easily from the room. There is a free shuttle to the airport but an additional cost to park the car which is not clearly indicated when making the reservation online.

Phones did not work...no waku up call function...TV was tiny...car rental place stereo blasting all night...hard to sleep

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very pleasant and accommodating.
The place is very run down and the room felt old and badly in need of an updating. The outer cover of the bed and the desk chair felt dirty and the overall room did not have a feeling of cleanliness.

For a night and convenience of the airport, price is fair but, for vacation purposes the name of the hotel doesn’t match expectations. It was clean at least
Front desk staffing had no proper communication and courtesy with guests. I waited at the lobby for my room and I was told to leave after 15 mins because it was not allow. Since I asked for an early check in when it was permitted at no cost after 1pm, I was told to check the room myself because there was no manager on duty. Hotel needs remodeling and repairs
