Large beautiful room. All facilities including breakfast, coffee bar. Microwave and refrigerator in room, couch, comfortable table and chairs, couch and beautiful shower!

Booking.com site was not user friendly.

It was clean and convenient to everything we needed

The pillows in the bed were hard as a rock

I've stayed here multiple times and tend to stick to what I know - friendly staff, clean room, and convenient location.

The hallway was often very noisy, I would prefer to be away from the front desk. The guest above me was also loud, but the staff immediately spoke with him once I lodged a complaint, which was very appreciated.

Loved the pillow top beds, very comfortable. Very clean hotel, and had a nice morning breakfast.

The staff were friendly, even through dealing with the misunderstanding. I appreciated their courteous response and support. If you're in need of an extended stay location, the kitchenette room will more than meet your needs.

If you're staying with pets, close this tab and go directly to the BW website to book a pet-friendly room. Booking.com did not forward/attach this note, and we were mistakenly put into a non-pet room on a no pets floor. As the property was booked and full, they could not move us. It made for a briefly tense and awkward exchange. The beds are a bit too soft, making for a painful morning and long day driving. It's also one of the first properties you approach coming into FSJ. So, it's packed. The property design does not lend itself to access, and the lobby is quite crowded at peak times. Good luck snagging one of the two luggage carts during this time, too. And pack ear plugs. Either the ice machine or motorcycles will wake you through the night.

The room was spacious, very clean and very quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was thru Denny’s with coupons from BW and I was pleased to have a reputable restaurant attached, the convenience was great to start the day. Was good to see strict security measures in place at night.

Accommodations were exceptional, no complaints.

this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. even the corners of the floors were spotless
