It was a very nice place! Clean, up to date and well equipped.

The ac unit was loud and the light from the one in the master woke me up a lot.

Location was good although you really need a car to access everything

Before we arrived I filled out a questionnaire and said my wife is a light sleeper and we would like a quiet room! When I checked in I again told the young lady that same thing and she assured me that it would be. We were put in unit #53 and it was right on the corner of the entry road into the property. All night long we had cars coming and going. Had we been in a unit away from that road it would have been a wonderful stay.

Location was great if you plan to do things around the resorts. It was easy to access the location and it was safe. The door was a key pad so we didn’t have to carry around a key.

Parking was limited if u have multiple cars but the place was accommodating.

Plenty of amenities like toiletries, dishwasher detergent, clothing detergent, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards; easy to request additional beach towels. Made the stay very comfortable. It was also super nice to have access to a washer/dryer and kitchen.

The pools have a policy of having to be quiet with no splashing, no playing, no loud voices. It felt pretty unwelcoming for families with kids who were enjoying themselves. I would have been more understanding if there was "quiet time" later in the evening but it seemed a strange requirement for a family-friendly resort. We had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The pest control company came out on the last day of our stay.

No washer/dryer in home

I love property it had a great balcony, the condo was very clean and they supplied extra beach towels and bathroom essentials. The landscaping was gorgeous.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but the furniture is not very modern so it gave older vibes so I feel that it could get overlooked by tourist looking got a place to stay.

great apartment, new and clean many extra items available( beach towels, chairs etc..) unit also had a washer and dryer which was nice overall the place was great very comfy and clean with all the things one would need in Hawaii

I didn't receive all the info I needed to enter before I arrived, there is no check in place. The units have a keycode for the apartments, so one must know the code and unit number, which they failed to tell me until I called when I arrived at midnight. Another thing to consider is that it appeared to be a place for retired people, and so the pool areas are quiet zones, there is a "no playing, no splashing" sign.

Tlle floors in living room needed mopping. They were dirty.

I requested an early check in a month prior to arriving. We had to wait 4 hours and it wasn’t even ready at 4pm, normal check-in time

Near the shops

Presence of pest, bed linens are ?, bathrooms didn't Appear sanitized. Also, the policy to empty garbage downstairs 🙂
