Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.

pools are small except the one that is above the beach. Price are high but you are in Maui and you are in a nice spot of Maui...

The unit we rented was clean and spacious, with a nice outdoor balcony that had a view of the water. The unit also had a full dining area, kitchen, and living room which I was pleasantly surprised by. We were close to many restaurants and beaches. Would definitely book this property again!

Despite the great view and perfectly clean condition of the unit, our enjoyment was diminished by the significant traffic noise from the main road directly behind the building. Had we known beforehand, we would have made every effort to chose a unit as far from the road as possible. Some may not be bothered but the nightly rate should reflect this.

The location of our suite was on the extreme north next to a busy highway which made it impossible to enjoy the lanai because of traffic noise. Traffic noise disturbed our sleep and made the suite much less enjoyable. The suite itself was immaculate.

Direct access to the beach was great for our family. And each room was huge with lots of options to eat, read or drink outside on the lanai.

The walls and carpet could use an update. They're pretty worn but not really too bad. More BBQ grills on the property would have been very helpful.

The decor of this lovely poolside (beach beyond) condo was exceptional. We felt like we were using a friend's condo. The grounds were lush and full of walking opportunities. Golf courses were beautiful! The facility is very close to a chic shopping area as well as many restaurants. You could easily ditch the car and walk everywhere.

This may have been user error but the AC seemed to turn itself off during the night, despite our attemtps to lower the temperature. I tend to sleep better in very cold rooms so I had to sleep on the couch where it was a bit cooler. :(
