The lady in the breakfast area was rude

Close to the event we were doing.

Getting ready to go to sleep and one of the beds had a large palmetto. Freaked me out so that was the end of my sleep. Got up in the night and went to bathroom and another smaller palmetto in the sink. Like really over $200 for the night and bugs. Got an apology email for compensation. Never again

The AC was leaking into the room-they put a fan and dehumidifier in the room so they must’ve been aware of this-the room smelled musty

My teen heard a staff meeting discussing not needing to change the sheets for the day unless there was a noticeable stain. How sanitary for the next guests. People emit body fluids through sweat and obvious other ways onto sheets. It should be mandatory to have clean sheets at every stay. Management shouldn't have to be pressed to save money by cutting corners, so I blame the upper management. Why are hotels secretly cutting corners? Saving money on water and soap? Saving time to clean each room, short staffed? Fix it!!

The bed was very comfortable

The AC could have blown cooler.

I had to call for soap for the shower. Room only had one little soap pack. I think the breakfast served in the morning was excellent - great variety of real breakfast food - very impressed with that.

alarm clock did not work in room; the lamps were not that great operational wise

Bed was comfortable

Hotel lost hot water and didn't inform guests. When asked, didnt apologize or give any inkling of when it was gping to be fixed. The baby had the flu and need steam to help him breathe. Bed sheets weren't changed when room was cleaned. Baby spilled chocolate milk on bed, which is how I knew.
