not clean enough

Unacceptable accommodations. The room was an $80 room (which you have plenty of) that was listed as $150. The room was dirty, as the rest of the hotel, all the furniture was chipped, scratched, rundown. The lampshades were all crooked and I had to tighten and straighten them. Standing lamp was on it's side and I had to ask to have it removed. The room was exactly the same as though seen in films that seedy and the hotel is sketchy. Hallway rugs were filthy, the staff could not understand English and cleaning staff were constantly yelling at each other. People were cooking food in the room next to us and other rooms the smell of weed and cigarettes was coming into ours. Unfortunately the staff would not give us a new room and other hotels were booked. What bothered me even more is that I had to buy disinfectant cleaner to wipe everything down in the room. It was a horrible experience and I blame Quality Inn for misrepresenting the room with a $150 when I can do a google check and see $80 rooms in their hotel. Shame on this hotel chain. I won't get these two nights back and it's a shame to feel uncomfortable and disgusted in a place which should be nice.

staff not welcoming, didn’t smile, barely made eye contact. hallways smelled of weed continuously. train tracks next to my room along with two full overflowing onto ground dumpsters.

Dirty place. Breakfast with nothing except waffle

They don't clean the room The fridge is not working and I told them but they didn't fix it

Place has definitely seen better days.
