No AC in my room, booked a double room and they overbooked the hotel and gave me a single bed room

Convenient location. Easy parking.

Paid for my room in the app and was double charged by hotel. Now I’m getting the runaround to get my money back. It’s been 5 days and no resolution. No luggage carts.

The cost was pretty high considering the quality of this resort. I have stayed at way nice for less and the noise level was not ideal either.

It was really noisy outside my room. The desk clerk let people cut in front of me at check in. But she was very nice.

Limited cable chanel, small pillows, hard bed, AC doesnt have auto settings (its an off botton). You can hear banging of doors, people talking in the hallway, and footsteps on the ceiling.

Only 3 miles to SFO. The Penthouse suite was very comfortable and spacious.

Booking.com had the location listed as having breakfast available for $24, and this location doesn't even offer breakfast. That was one of the deciding factors in booking for me. Then when I called they tried to act like it was never offered, but I'd already screen recorded the fact that they did! Outside of hotel looks nothing like the pictures, nor does the bar area.
