Breakfast was good and I likes the variety of options offered.

Close to UCSF for medical issues.
The elevator was broken when we arrived. At 65 yrs old, I carried 3 bags up 3 flight of stairs to our room because my husband has Parkinsons. They said that's all they had that night. Only warm water coming from the shower in the morning. I got in line the front desk and they said "of course you have hot water". A customer next to me said, did you just hear her, they didn't have hot water? I made the reservation online with a legit online company. Holiday Inn added an additional $30 to our bill for parking and hospitality fees that we knew nothing about until we arrive. When I tried to understand the bill with the clerk , she stated the additional cost was a fact and didn't seem to care it wasn't in our original reservation.

The location was close to the airport and had transportation to/from. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful and very helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable. Would definitely re-book this location if necessary.

Front desk was friendly
We had dirty wash clothes hanging in the bathroom on arrival.. air conditioner wasn’t working properly and house keeping never had clean towels

Travelled as a transit overnight stay. Nearby the Airport, either by taxi (approx $25) or shuttle bus. Shuttle bus timings are not well advertised, but run in the early morning and early evening only. Room was spacious and comfortable. Other reviews commented on the noise from the runways, but I didn't really experience this too badly, felt the noise levels were fine. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful
Didn't have my booking when I arrived, not sure if a booking.com or hotel issue. Ultimately it wasn't a problem as they booked me in anyway, but not sure what would have happened if no empty room available despite my booking.

The airport shuttle doesn't run between 12-5pm which is absolutely no use to anyone. We had to go to another part of the airport and pay for a taxi.
The attitude of the desk clerk was very poor, verging on the aggressive.
The hotel did not have our Booking.com reservation and were very defensive.
It took two phone calls to Booking.com to get an alternative hotel and again I had to pay for a taxi to get there, wasting three hours waiting around for them to do something through no fault of my own Really bad all round.

Could use more shuttles to airport and more hours of operation

Room is large. A lot of space to relax. 2nd floor is good. Easy to get downstairs for breakfast.
