It was so convenient from the Highway! The staff was awesome, and super helpful!

Location for what we came into town for was convenient. The restaurant attached to the hotel had good food.

When they gave us our first room there was someone already staying in it. The second room was worn down, an opened K-Cup with the others, white stuff on the carpet and the drain would clog up and then eventually go down. There was dog poop on the sidewalk in front of our door that went into the building. The bed was uncomfortable.

The toilet kept running after flushing. Room 118. We didn't notice until late in the evening. Also the lighting in the bathroom. To bright in the middle of night to go to the bathroom. Need a dimmer or night light.

Location was convenient.

There were stairs and no elevator the hotel is 2 floors. Rooms need updating. There was no a/c only a fan, so room was warm. We didn’t get any sleep because there was a group staying there that was VERY loud until midnight. There is a pub attached to the hotel and we had noise from that outside the window at 3am. Not worth what we paid.

The front was very pretty. The long walk to our room was less pretty. The shower was glorious! The lady at the front desk was fantastic.

Breakfast was dry, no elevator, and who were the two foreign ladies sitting up front watching tv and guarding the vending machine?

Love the location and the staff is always professional.

the room was clean. the staff is friendly. The super wonderful hard working lady that gets the breakfast bar ready, has the hot coffee and breakfast items ready way before 7am! there is someone who cares about her job.

The breakfast room was very clean and had everything from a continental breakfast. Every day there was something new from the hot bar and the kids enjoyed very much the waffle machine with whipped cream. The personnel were very polite and happy to accommodate any request. We had a very noisy family with little kids and couldn't sleep the first night, they move us to another room far away in a very quiet area. The entrance of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The pool was so warm and cozy, never too crowded. The Wi-Fi coverage was excellent, the parking area big enough and the location awesome, we wanted to be outside Providence closer to Barrington-Bristol. The room was clean and comfy mattresses. Overall is an excellent location with a great value.

Had requested a ground floor room due to a health issue my wife has. Checked in and had to walk a long distance only to discover we were on the 2nd floor. Had to walk all the way back with luggage and wait 20 minutes for the front desk attendant to return. She relocated us to a ground floor room next to a back entrance door. It was very loud with the door opening and closing with a loud clunk every time, at all hours. Not to mention the people using that area outside our room to gather and chat loudly. The second day there was no hot water in our section of the hotel. the ice cream vending machine we liked was out of service too. we had stayed here before with better results. paid a lot this time around. I will seek other options next time we travel out that way.
