The bed was comfortable

It took nearly 40 minutes to get my car from the valet and I had to ask 3 different people. The front desk woman wasn’t very friendly and the all-carpet interior made my allergies insane so I was worried about the cleanliness.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Even the pullout bed in our suite was extremely comfortable.

The restaurant in the hotel was great! I know it is not affiliated with the hotel, but we ate breakfast there 3 times and it was great! The staff was great! Very helpful and very friendly! A great experience!

Advised to take a private company vehicle rather than taxi to the cruise terminal by the hotel, said it's the same. But turned out to be sharing with a big group (kids and all) in a minibus and paid the same. Completely ruined the day at the beginning of our trip. Terrible misguided suggestion

The beds are amazing. Like sleeping on clouds. A range of dining options, either in the lobby or right on the doorstep. Loved the Nespresso coffee in the morning as trudging around town to find an early coffee can be a real pain. Simple yet thoughtful decor provided an ambience of understated elegance. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

If I had known that I would enjoy Seattle and this location so much, I would have stayed longer!

Lovely hotel. Hip decor. Great location. Restaurant was very good. My room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in… it was tiny! I would not stay here again because of this. Had to put luggage in a chair, since no luggage rack. The room was only slightly bigger than the bed itself. I was disappointed to have spent over $300 for this room.

The lobby was gorgeous.

The room was significantly smaller than almost any other hotel room I’ve stayed in. The bed frame was extremely low to the ground which made it feel like we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet on it but a flat sheet and the duvet was also only covered by one flat sheet under it and one on top. The duvet did not have a cover and when getting into bed I saw the bare duvet which had a couple of stains.

I really like the location it’s easy to get the bus to go everywhere, its so cleaning!
