Easy check in and friendly helpful staff

Not very clean rooms. Lots of people smoking weed and cigarettes right on catwalks outside their room doors (not the hotel’s fault but still not pleasant bc it was the only path to my room with my young children). Shower was leaking bad and flooded my room and a bunch of our bags got wet that were on the floor.

The location is central to things we wanted to do and the setting with a nice yard by water was pleasant.

The floor at the vanity was filthy. The carpet had dog hair on it since the facility is "pet-friendly" and the cleaning is inadequate. The mattress was uncomfortably lacking in support.

Since the motel is located directly on a busy STREET, it's incredibly noisy in the rooms. Additionally, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival (dirty toilet, dust, and sand on the floor). The breakfast included in the price can hardly be called breakfast. Moreover, we were charged $50 for our dog, even though this wasn't indicated at the time of booking.

Remodeled room, nice art, pretty clean, nice view of creek side. Good value

Room could have been cleaner, breakfast limited and mediocre, staff not that hospitable, right on hwy 17 si convenient but kind of busy

Charlene was a grandmother of a few children and seemed to understand what children meant in all this experience. She was super friendly and just had a great smile on her and tried to turn things back right for the poor customer service on phone with other employees that I had. The property was very scenic, clean, brand new renovated rooms, smelled great walking through the door.

RM 118 TV had problems with Internet connection. Employees other than Charlene rude on phone and hung up quick not letting you finish talking or asking the question if your booking was in. Coffee tasted like dawn soap. But breakfast was good just not much selection. Some lights in our room didn't turn on.

Room size. Bed size. Plenty of work space. Large desk. Clean room and facility,

The bath tub faucet was liking, It is an old facility that has been renovated. However, the plumbing was not up to date *at least in my room) I informed the staff and they said they would take care of it.

Very beautiful area. Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff. Very pleasant.
