It was very clean, the breakfast was very filling and delicious, the staff was pleasant and friendly, the room was huge and clean.

I had chosen the location based on reviews for cleanliness. It failed in that department! There was a bandaid and gum on the floor in the hall the entire time we were there. We never saw anyone cleaning or vacuuming the entire time. The rooms weren't as clean as expected either, we bought lysol and disinfectant and cleaned up. Would have vacuumed if we could have found one. Pool wasn't as clean either stuff floating around and sandy grit in bottom. We always saw the day cleaning crew out by the dumpster smoking or on phones.

Location was perfect for two tours we scheduled. The night associate was very helpful. I would give her a shoutout had I known her name.

Actually, our stay was perfect at this location.

The staff was great. Complimentary breakfast and indoor pool was a plus.

The lack of cleanliness in the room. The coffee maker in the room was missing parts so we couldn’t use it. I made a reservation weeks in advance and the room on the reservation wasn’t the one we were given when we arrived.

Our room did not have AC and when I asked to change rooms, I was told that a tech would come look at it. We had an 83 degree room for the duration of our stay. They pool was slimy and our room was full of moldy moisture.

Cooling system is not set up properly

The staff was very nice.

The place was not clean, we were there 4 days and the carpets in the halls looked like they had not been cleaned in a week and were not clean while we were there. The breakfast was okay but scattered all around the edges of the area and caused a lot of people going from station to station. We asked for more towels and washcloths and were told they were out and would deliver to our room but we had to go to the desk because they didn't send them up. The room had an oder and needs updating in the bathroom, very dark and tub is slippery.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There are good restaurant closed by.

Wished there was another exit to the parking lot. It was congested at certain times of the day being right there at the red light with only one way in and one way out.

The room was beautiful and spacious. It has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a hall.

When we first arrived in our room my wife felt it smelled like cigarette smoke. This smell later went away.

First place I’ve ever stayed that had actual cooked grits. Most places either have no grits or packs of instant grits.

The bathroom needed a fan.

We loved the breakfast because everything is so expensive right now.

Our shower had no water pressure or hot water. We told them at breakfast. They made a repair but it was still not hot water or full water pressure like the cold water side gave us.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast. Had to leave early to go to the hospital. My brother had to have a 4 hour procedure done.

Other than not getting to eat breakfast every thing else was terrific. I also liked that you could have food delivered without having to leave the hotel.

Everyone on staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, our room was spacious and comfortable.

The indoor pool was very small, but we were just happy they had one. Our room keys wouldn't open the door. We literally had to swap them out 3 different times. We would stand there inserting it about 20 times (no exaggeration) before it would turn green and let us in.

Everything was awesome. And The Employee working the Front Desk by the name of La Toya and she was fantastic. At 5:00 a.m., we had a problem with our toilet in our room. We went to see La Toya at front desk and she immediately gave us a new room. She was the best.👏👏👏👏👏👏
