Staff was very kind and helpful. The coffee was great! Good tasting water

The toaster only toasts one side of the bread. The eggs and sausage gravey were barely warm. I think it needs repair.

Some of the staff were nice. But they need more people to work!

The pictures are misleading. It really did not smell nice or look nice...and the bathroom was not what was shown. Oh. And a hot tub? Liars.

was fighting and foul language all night long outside our room and banging o. Our door from the fight scene foul language. Won't stay there again.

The room was extremely dirty. Stains in the bed, all over the carpet. The fridge froze everything in it and exploded pop cans I had put in. We were only given one bath towel for 2 people. But the absolute worst part was the frame hadn't been put on the bed correctly and there was about a 4 inch metal piece that stuck out from the bed. It was covered by the bed skirt so I didn't know it was there until I tripped over it in middle of the night severely bruising my leg and falling on my face. I thought I had been shot it hurt so bad and took me several minutes to get up and turn a light on to see what I tripped over. It could be extremely dangerous for someone. I'm thankful my child hadnt caught it. I stayed here the night before a trip and I could hardly walk through the airport the next day from the pain and I am fairly young. What a great start to a vacation.
