Filled with nostalgia and Hollywood history the hotel is in the perfect location to the main Hollywood blvd attractions. The staff were lovely and the restaurant very tasty!

Our room overlooked the parking lot and pool area. The crowd at the pool were loud and rowdy with DJ music blasting most of the time we were there, it wasn't very "relaxing", the pool bartender had a bad attitude and was incredibly rude. The bathroom in the room was incredibly small with the toilet in an awkward location. The valet's were too many and a little over eager and came at you all at once when one would have been sufficient. Room service food and 24 Degrees cafe were overpriced for what you got and the tip was added in automatically, we wound up double tipping every time without realizing it. Lobby bar could use an update as the furniture was well worn flattened pillows.

I loved the pool area and spent most my time there. I thought the location was great. Having the parking lot across the street was great to save on valet. Valet too expensive for people staying there. The room was nice.. really no complaints. Very cool Old Hollywood vibe. Check in was great...lobby bar was great...The Pool is definitely the highlight. The bar food and drinks at pool area great and the Rose cafe for breakfast.

Would have been nice to have an early- 6-8 am coffee service in the lobby. I did not like the feel of the dinner in front... did not feel clean like the cafe by the pool. The cafe by the pool did not serve free coffee till 8 am.

Wer auf Hollywood Glamour steht - mehr geht hier wirklich nicht. Von der imposanten Lobby über die tollen Möglichkeiten, welches dieses Hotel bietet (Yoga Kurse, Fitnesstudio, …) sowie den Pool und den Spare Room kommt hier wirklich jede/r Hotelgenießer/in auf seine/ihre Kosten. Das professionelle Personal ist aufmerksam und bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Hier ist jeder Dresscode vertreten und wird immer auf Augenhöhe behandelt, egal ob Glitzerkleid und High Heels oder Jogginghose und Sneaker. Großartig! Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte von Byredo (Gypsy Water) im Badezimmer. Da duscht man gerne 3x am Tag!

Auf alle Preise an der Bar, der Lobby, am Pool oder im Cafe zahlt man eine saftige feste Service Fee (ich glaube 18%) + Tax + optionalem Trinkgeld (i.d.R. 15-20%) und so landet man bei einem Cocktail (20$) und einem Glas Cola ($5) mal schnell bei fast 40$. Sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Hollywood hat ein bisschen seinen Glanz verloren und so sieht es daher leider auch am Blvd aus. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist nachts besser zu meiden.

Personalen vid poolområdet var inte så aktiva. Vi bad om menyn sedan hände inget mer. Så vi gick till baren och beställde istället. Så här var det inte förra året, då var det tipptopp!

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Super Lage direkt am Walk of Fame. Das 25° Restaurant war auch immer Top!

Absolument tout : le personnel, l’emplacement, la piscine et l’extérieur en général avec tous les palmiers, les restaurants, la chambre était également parfaite avec tous les équipements, la décoration très élégante… Bref cet hôtel mériterait largement d’être un 5 étoiles, ça a été un réel déchirement de partir car nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous !

Location was excellent. Staff very attentive and helpful. Bed and pillows were among the best I have tried in a long time! Ambiance at the pool was also very nice, specially for breakfast.

Food at restaurant 25 degrees wasn’t the best. No many alternatives to choose there. The corridors that lead to the rooms were to dark for me.

Lifts are very poor the day I checked in and asked for an early checking I had to wait until 3 I'm an iprefer member treated poorly then the second lift was used exclusively for a function so guests could only use one lift.. Is that safe??? And why do. Paying guests have suffer 5to8minute waits because of a function. That said the staff in the restuarnt bar were outstanding as were the concierge crew

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. Great places to eat and relax from the hotel lounge, the Tropicana poolside to the hotel restaurants. The staff were exceptional!

A localização é excelente para quem quer ficar perto de algumas das principais atrações, como a calçada da fama, o teatro chinês e o Dolby Theatre. Isso sem falar que trata- se de um hotel histórico, que já hospedou grandes estrelas de Hollywood e até hoje serve de cenário para os sets de filmagem de filmes e séries. Durante a minha estadia, teve filmagem de uma série no lobby do hotel (acho que foi The Lincoln Lawier mas não posso afirmar com certeza). A equipe foi sempre gentil e atenciosa e a limpeza do quarto, impecável! A cama era bem confortável também.

Preço alto, mas acho que valeu a pena por tudo o que o hotel ofereceu.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado, en pleno paseo de la fama. Pasamos tres noches incluyendo fin de año. Es un hotel algo vintage, con mucha historia, así que las instalaciones son bonitas y especiales. Había mucha seguridad, probablemente debido a la fiesta de fin de año.

Había staff amable pero también nos encontramos con algunas personas del staff que no lo fueron (sino todo lo contrario).

The property has great bars. The lobby is gorgeous. We especially liked the mini martini hour. The bathroom is small but the room size and closet were great. The location is great and we loved the old Hollywood glam feel of the hotel. It is also nice to enter the hotel from the back area so that you aren't on Hollywood Blvd.

Coffee machine in the room. We had to order room service coffee each morning.

Super und sichere Lage. (Direkt am Walk of Fame) Schöner Ausblick aus dem 11. Stock über die Stadt. Super um Uber bzw. Taxis zu bestellen. Man kommt von hier halbwegs schnell überall hin.

Kein Frühstück inkludiert!!! (Im 25 Degrees kostet Frühstück für 2 Personen über 50 Dollar am Tag!) 35 Dollar Ressortgebühr pro Tag kommen bei Abbuchung vom Hotel noch dazu, also Achtung! + 150 Dollar Kaution pro Tag werden vorautorisiert!! Keine gute Cocktailauswahl an der Bar (und teuer) Rezeptionistin rufte uns 2 Tage vor Abreise um 23 Uhr an, lies nur 3 Mal läuten, 5 Minuten später klopfte sie an die Tür wo wir schon geschlafen haben, kaum ging ich zur Türe, war niemand mehr da. Der Grund war, dass es ein Problem mit meiner Kreditkarte gab (VISA nicht zu empfehlen ;) ) Absolute Frechheit. Dies hätte am nächsten Tag in der Früh auch geklärt werden können oder? Also bin ich um kurz nach 23 Uhr noch zur Rezeption wo mich die Kollegen fragend ansahen, was ich von ihnen will? Sie hatten gerade Dienstwechsel und wussten NICHTS davon, unglaublich!? Danach gab ich keinen mehr Trinkgeld, denn ich habe schon genug gezahlt bis dahin! Ich fordere eine Entschuldigung und eine Entschädigung in Form eines dreistelligen Geldbetrages, da meine Freundin durch den Anruf und das Türklopfen verängstigt war und wir beide dann nicht mehr gut schlafen konnten. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt!

The AC was broken. Our door was left open by the cleaning service. We felt extremely unsafe in Hollywood. We stayed at the hotel less than 1 year ago and could see and feel an extreme difference. We will unfortunately not be able to stay there again as we were very dissatisfied with our stay considering the price.

The location was perfect. Close to all major attraction.

The location and the whole building are great.

The elevator wasn't working and even though we could use the service elevator it could take a while to get around. Both bars at the pool seem to be regularly used for privat events (two days in a row) which can be somewhat inconvenient. On the other hand that way there is always something happening :-) Some of the staff (mostly at reception and the bars) tend to give you the feeling that they are the stars. I guess that is Hollywood - everybody is an actor :-D Valet is a bit steep at 55 - especially since our car was only parked 10 meters away in the hotels own parking lot.
