The bed was comfortable. The shower was a good size. It was in a quiet location.

The floors were dirty. We had to ask for clean towels. There was no breakfast and it was advertised that there was a breakfast.

Close to pier and there are places to eat close by.

Everything was fine, they had a smoking room with 2 beds a bathroom I was set.

I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful with my concerns.

What I didn’t like is that I booked a non smoking room , and when I arrived I was told I booked a smoking room. The Staff ended up giving me my non smoking room but it in fact still smelled like people before have smoked in there . The beds were also very dirty and had pee stains . I told the staff that I didn’t feel comfortable because the bed was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes in the room. He offered me a different room and I decided to look at it and it was pretty much the same if the not worse . The beds were dirty and had stains . The rooms smelled like cigarettes and me and my wife did not feel comfortable so she wanted to leave . We asked for a refund and we were told we would get one .

Easy fast check in and friendly welcoming staff

The price was decent and staff were very nice. It was located near restaurants and hotel was near the freeway.
