The room was very small with the AC right above the bed made the room very cold and If I tried to adjust the thermostat the room became stuffy. The room was not cleaned like It should have been. There were items on the floor along the side of the bed board. The mirror is right next to the door which allows anyone to see inside the room no matter how much the door is open.

Air conditioner didn’t work went to call downstairs to let them know and phone didn’t work my room was 78 degrees and I left after 45 minutes of sweating.

Clean and service. We stayed 4days and 2days the housekeeper came only 2days, but I didn’t understand why, when I asked the concierge didn’t give me an explanation. The light in the bathroom didn’t switch and they change it in the evening after 3 my reminder in the day.

zero noise cancelling with the corridor. The worst thing was too have one inch in between the door and the floor so that everynoise just entered freely the room. Anyway the doors are bad material. That's why I rate bedrooms so bad The carpet was sticky of dirt. Windows are green of dirt and fungus (in the outside) The breakfast was really poor. Staff was ok except once I called because housekeeping forgot to put the first night any towels and they told me to go down to pick them up, in a rather bad mannered way. This for over 120 USD per night is a rip off

Location is good for walking. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Major issue with parking. There is no secure area close by to park. Our car was among 11 cars with smashed windows. The is occurred in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel.

The location is perfect.

The hotel was dirty our bed linen had someone else’s blood on it and the elevator was full of trash. The floor tile was broken causing constant tripping/falling. The lady at the front desk had the biggest attitude was on cellphone and did not want to be bothered. We will never stay here again.

Needs some repairs. Our room was missing a luggage holder and trash can. Bathroom is small.

room was nice, but door did not have a good lock on it. It was broken. Had to move table in front of door at night. Fan in bathroom did not work, neither did ceiling light. Breakfast was pretty bad. Worse coffee I have ever had. We were there several days so it wasn't a fluke. Containers probably needed cleaning, who knows. Always had to ask staff for forks, cups, pancake mix, chocolate milk, and of course bad coffee. location of hotel is great. Bed was good.

see above. Breakfast area needs help badly. Lots of guests were not happy with that area. Had to pay for expensive parking, but unfortunately I guess that's life in big city! LOL And last day we were there, a mouse ran out of the breakfast area.....ran to room 134 off the hallway that was near the breakfast area. Again, life in the big city I guess. Just does not look good. Walkway to parking area is a mess, no one cleaning it up, trash laying around.

I feel it was not that well maintain. the paint wall was falling of and the bathroom door was crooked

Good location and a nice onsite gym, clean, small but functional room and a COMFY bed. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. I think they try hard but there just weren't enough staff to handle everything and keep a place of that size going.

The facilities were generally clean, but a few things seemed lacking. No drinking water, or ability to wipe down machines in the gym. The breakfast room had one lady staffing it who appeared very overwhelmed. The trash and trays piled up and it was a terrible mess. Tables were not cleaned and some of the food choices were out and not replaced by 830/9am.

House keeping-- didn't clean up. No water in gym, though they said they will inform housekeeping, but till day 4, the water tank still empty. There is no drinking water to refill at all, and no kettle to boil water, thought this is the basic.
