Breakfast in another building not connected… what if inclement weather? No functioning ice machine in second building… had to go outside and upstairs to 2nd floor of main building to get ice.

Breakfast definitely needs work, the sausage links were awful

We had to pay the same rate as all the other rooms, but they literally put us in a dorm style building behind the hotel that didn’t have elevators were you had to carry your own luggage upstairs to get to your room. it was cramped, and it was dirty. The ice machine was even outside.

Location was convenient, room was clean, staff (Julie) was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on how to make our vacation better.

The facility didn’t have an elevator and there wasn’t a first floor room option. The breakfast room wasn’t easily accessible.

The room was clean and updated. The desk clerk was really nice and helpful. Location is good.

So when you book the room, the description does not include the following: there is a 2nd unattached building. This was where we were. There is no elevator. So, if you’re on the 2nd floor, as we were, you have to lug all your stuff up the exterior staircase. Our keys didn’t work, so we went back down to get help. The keys were fixed to get in the room, but not the exterior door into the building. It was basically left with “just prop the door open”. So we really couldn’t leave the building if we wanted to get back in. We skipped breakfast because it was in a 3rd unattached building that you had to walk to that was even farther then the 2nd building.

We would suggest using led or brighter lightbulbs in bathroom. It was very dark in the bathroom

We hated being put out in seperate building where we had to go outside and around and enter main hotel for breakfast or ice. We had loud group of kids/coaches outside our room in hall conducting meetings the night we were there which was very thoughtless. Room was great but didnt get much rest due to the noise.

Great place for an overnight- nice location and good pricing

Good breakfast and breakfast area. Clean rooms, with plenty of room for 4 people. Driving distance from the Yellowstone National Park. Short driving distance from the Cody village center shops, stores, historical sites.

We were the in October, the outdoor pool was closed.

Stayed for the night. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Pricey

Room was on bottom floor close to front door.

The bathroom lighting was not good. No shower caps for women.
