The bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient.

Good bed.

Fan ran all night, no way to shut it off & it's the only place I've ever been in that was that way. Hair dryer didn't turn off, I had to unplug it.

The room was mostly clean, the location good.

The shower was difficult to utilize, the bed too soft. The recliner chair was torn and didn’t seem too clean.

The room was large and conforming. It was clean and the bathroom was great!

The carpet needed to be cleaned in the halls and in the room.

Would have been nice if the A/C worked on a hot August night.

the person checking us in was very rude. I accidentally booked the wrong day. when I called to change it. he said he couldn’t help me and to call back the next day. so I did. I called back and it was the same person. he just didn’t know how to fix it on booking.com. I asked to speak with a manager. he refused to let me speak with anyone. luckily someone called me back, but the reservation was never changed on booking.com for the right day.
