Front staff was super nice. The lady working the desk was taking a lot of flack from unhappy customers and did so with professionalism and grace. She also was their past her hour due to lack of relief. She was the highlight of the stay.

Door didn't shut. We had tobise extra latch to keep it closed. Hotel was booked full so we couldnt get another room. Tv was super fuzzy. Pool was not open, main reason for booking the specific hotel was so our kids could swim in between competitions. Sunday there was jot hot breakfast. Was told staff didn't show up.

After arriving we were informed that the pool was not open, that being the MAIN reason for booking. Our granddaughter had an early doctor appointment, we were back to hotel at 9 am, went down to have breakfast and it was all locked up. The vending machines ate our money with nothing in return. There were apparently dogs in the room close to ours that we could hear barking.. pillows were horrible.....

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful. She was always pleasant. The rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was not open at 5 am when I needed to eat before my flight. It would have been helpful if at least prepackaged snacks were an available option.

The entire nightstand console had no power, the lamp and clock didn’t work because they weren’t plugged in. I looked and there were no electrical outlets in the wall that the furniture was up against, so nothing could be plugged in, the cords couldn’t reach to any outlet. The bulky furniture was just there “for show.” The bathroom toilet had pee all over the seat when I arrived, even though the maids had just cleaned the bathroom and I could smell floor cleaner. Evidently they forgot to do the toilet. There was a pink substance (could have been lipstick) that had been dropped on the floor and was around the door handle also.

The staff working at Clarion on April/23-24 were so wonderful to me. They were helpful, polite, and so easy to work with. I didn't expect too much initially as I just wanted to be near the airport. The staff deserve a lot of credit for doing their jobs well.

Honestly, it's always the clients. These weird people were walking around without shoes on, smoking in the elevators and in their rooms, and created a huge mess in the kitchen on the morning of April/24. How can the staff keep up with all of this when some of the clients keep messing things up for everyone else?

No towels, people walking the halls singing through the night and my room had a smell.

I love that others was not smoking in the Building, Because I have asthma ,and I like to Is breathed.

It's a lot of remodeling going on but that is respected to be updated.

I love the very friendly staff. They always go out of their way to help if you need something and they're very kind when you have kids.

Nothing....

The room was clean and comfortable. Room had microwave and fridge.

Needed a trash can in the bathroom Also needed a blow dryer, most hotels supply them so I didn't bring mine.

The breakfast lady was nice and very helpful and a lady who had her arm in a sling came over to talk and was cheerful. Besides that nothing else.

Room was smelly and everyone was complaining about wifi being slow and it was. No hot tub even though it was shown in the pictures. Not much breakfast some eggs and sausage and cold cereal. I'm retired Marine Infantry so it doesn't take much to make me happy but won't go back there.

They claimed they didn't have my reservations!

Rooms was not clean smelled like smoke and a lot of suspicious activity. Tv on wall leaning forward hard to turn channels.

The friendliness of the office girl

That we got woke in the middle of the night with the smoke alarm went off for no reason. That the coffee pot wasn't all there, and that we didn't get an apology for the night before .
