The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with options to eat around the area. I wish I could have spent more time here. The room was super clean. I wish I could have checked out the pool but me and my little one were to tired from our 8 hour car ride.

They had no extra fans to bring to the room but the thermostat could be set to keep the fan in the vents running so that was a good back up.

They advertised a hot tub. My family gathered for Christmas and the reason we selected this hotel was the hit tub. There are MANY other choices in Grand Rapids. There was no hot tub. There was a pool only. Also, the TV only had 2 or 3 channels. You could not access Netflix to use our account, or any other services. In addition the hot breakfast was truly sad vs many other hotels where we've stayed.

Nice breakfast area and adequate items! Room was perfect for friend getaway and games and chatting. Pool was fun and hot tub wonderful ! Mario at the front desk was very nice

this hotel has recently been renovated. the suites are great! the staff was winderful. I would definite stay here again.

The staff was amazing!! Everyone was SO friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed!! Our suite was very clean and was perfect for our family if 5. Breakfast was very good too! Great variety!

I guess because of Covid, there is no hot food for breakfast, it's all simple food, which is much worse than the Marriott I've stayed in before.

Dogs are allowed at this hotel. There were so many there that’s all we heard all night was barking. Our room also smelled like dog urine in one of the rooms.

Everything! Room was very nice, everything (room and property) was clean and in working order. Coffee/breakfast setup was perfect. We were genuinely impressed for the price point!
