Pool area was lovely outdoor space. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff excellent, spoke English too very well. We picked hotel because of location which is great for cycling the lake. Large car park too. Would definitely return if in area.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious. The breakfast was very good and varied.

We only stayed one night and it was raining so we never explored the area however the hotel, the staff and particularly the restaurant were outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and comfortable and they food in the restaurant was superb. You must try chocolate cake and home made ice cream. I highly recommended this hotel and we will definitely visits again.

It was ideal for an overnight stop in a modern hotel close to Lake Annecy. The reception staff were very welcoming, explaining everything clearly in English! we were given an enormous quadruple room and it was lovely to have our own outside space.

The sachets of toiletries are fiddly!!

the overall concept is great for those who like to enjoy excellent service, some cocktails and delicious food in the refurbished downstairs restaurant or maybe a dip in the pool before having a good night sleep in a really good bed. we loved our balcony with spectacular mountain view, the king size bed, a/c, and curtains. spacious parking lot.

wifi did not work in our room upstairs. otherwise, this hotel would have received 10.

As previous reviews have stated, the ability to make a hot drink would be desirable. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the free use of quality bikes to cycle on the cycle path to Annecy followed by a swim in the pool - perfect. Great atmosphere and good food.

Breakfast fine, if basic. Staff excellent and friendly. Great Great location close to Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Good pool and plentiful parking.

A minor issue was the lack of variation in the dinner menu.

Very good confort in bedroom. Pretty decoration with cushions matching the drapes.

In the shower, we would have preferred to get a glass protection door rather than a shower curtain.

Great location and easy to find. They were very accommodating in storing our bikes over night.

- Nice location - Price was good - Breakfast is good - Room was new and clean

- room is small - elevator broken but I guess it is just bad luck

On arrival the young lady on Reception gave a warm welcome and was equally helpful throughout our stay. This is a lovely spot away from the main tourist areas. Great cycle route and boat taxi nearby to get around the lake. Outdoor facilities looked very good too but due to the rain we did not get to use them. Pool heated to 28 degrees and perfect family spot. Clean rooms.

Would’ve liked to have tea/coffee available in the room.
