We like the location, how easy it was to town centre and good restaurants. We enjoy the access to the gym and the free coffee in the morning.

The hotel itself was disappointing. The food at restaurant was below average - very unlike most Westin we stayed at. Rooms would need an update too.

Very convenient location

Breakfast buffet was $25/day for myself and my son. That’s a little steep especially when you’re paying valet $34 a day. On night two we noticed a police car at the hotel once we got to our floor two doors down we noticed a chair out front one of the rooms. Come to find out, an incident occurred the night before at a garden party, I won’t get into that. Same night we kept hearing birds next door so we had to complain about that….BIRDS IN A HOTEL!! Then the following morning an ambulance was out front. It was an exciting visit to the Westin that’s all I’ll say. I hope we were the lucky ones and their not like this all the time if so their going to get a bad name fast!! If I would have known things about them prior to this trip I wouldn’t wouldn’t have booked there honestly. I need to know my family’s going to be safe.

The food staff was polite and attentive. The mattresses were outstanding; we were mad at ourselves for forgetting to get the brand of the mattress before we left. The room was extremely clean and smelled nice.

We booked a single king bed, and we ended up with two double beds. The front desk staff representative copped an attitude when I told her about this, and coolly informed me that they don't guarantee room type when booking through a third party such as booking.com. They also shortened my stay from three nights to two in the middle of my stay (I saw it flip in the middle of the night on the second night and thought I must be reading things wrong), and then they again blamed my use of a third party booking sight for the mistake. They extended my stay in the end, but it was extremely aggravating. I would also like to say that the property specifically asked me to reach out if I had a problem, then didn't respond to my reply email. Very poor customer service!

Excellent location in Annapolis. Hotel I pet friendly with many walking areas. The staff was excellent and the rooms were spotless.

The location was great!

The front desk people were terrible. When I arrived there was nobody at the desk. Finally the manager of the hotel showed up and said he was in the men's room. Later when I came back to the hotel and wanted to talk with the clerk at the desk, She didn't want to acknowledge that I was standing there. Staff was extremely RUDE.
