This is a very nice property. The rooms are modern and sparkling clean. And the location is perfect on the water across the street from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated that they let me do a Zoom call in their office after checkout. Good parking.

This isn't cheap. So it was annoying that they charge to use their beach chairs and umbrellas. That's a ridiculous add-on, in my opinion, and made me feel nickel-and-dimed.

It's a perfect place for family with little ones. We enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the resort. Staffs are friendly, Will definitely come back again.

The bed is a little too soft for me as a back sleeper. Was hoping the mattress would be firmer.

We loved that the property was tranquil and surrounded by greenery. The staff was super helpful and kind. We were so excited to find that this is an eco-friendly property with many organic and natural options for snacks and body care. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, no overbearing fragrances were used. The rooms were bright and spacious with a large kitchen area. We loved the little balcony which overlooked some trees and foliage. The back of the property boasts a peaceful boardwalk with chairs and tables, benches, a firepit. You can enjoy watching manatees and dolphins from the dock or grill a meal and eat outside. Some young boys were fishing from the dock, too. Wonderful stay, wish it had been longer and we will definitely be back again!

Not a ton of restaurant options within walking distance but such a small price to pay for a quiet spot. we didn’t mind at all.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Beds were not very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a red tide in the area, and we could not go in the ocean. Dead fish all over the beach, everyone coughing and sneezing. This is not the resorts fault but when you are paying that much money to go to the ocean and beach it was a huge disappointment. No one even mentioned the red tide to us until we asked about it. Would have been nice to be told when we arrived.

All employees were wonderful, helpful, and made our stay special. Fabulous location, Indian Shores is a wonderful community. Beautiful dock area. BedRooms are lovely, but kitchen is not well equipped for dinner at home. Poor insulation, floors very cold in living room, and windows need replacement. Very nice pool area but not large enough to accommodate all guests in February. Large price increase for 2024 is disappointing.

what’s not to like . This property is excellent!

Great location! Everything you want in walking distance and many attractions short drive away. Resort was even nicer than it looked on internet and all staff very helpful and friendly...eco friendly resort.

Like most community living you could hear noise from neighbors or parking lot below but when we were there weren't many loud people there.
