It's not even a minute walk to the beach. You can literally fish out back. The views are amazing. The room was clean and well equipped. There's a laundromat that takes card. There's a huge pool. I can walk out of my room and my car is right there. The kitchen area is a huge plus too. You just can't beat this price and location. I've stayed here twice and i'll continue to be back!

Location was great. Right across the street from the gulf with beach Access and water in my back yard to sit and see sunrise/sunset.

My wife and I had a great 4 night stay in this condo just 40yds from the beach. We walked along the beach every night watching glorious sunsets as they fell into the sea, In the morning and the evening we sat outside at the rear of the property together with other guests watching boats pass along the waterway. Lots of bird life with herons, egrets and other birds plus manatees swimming up to the road bridge. The owners provided everything needed and I wish we could return.

Great location. Perfect for two people. Huge pool and across the street from the beach. Loved sitting outback on the intercoastal waterway.

Everything that was stated in the description was there and then some! We very much enjoyed the stay at this apartment! I couldn't come up with a bad review even if I tried. It's so convenient for the guests because you right in the middle of everything. Just a short 5 minute drive away from almost everything yo do around this part of Florida! Thank you and we will be back again!

First of all the owner thought of every need a person could have while staying here right down to sunscreen and body lotion and the room was so adorable and clean. I really loved the back door opening up to the canal which became my favorite place to be! I do have to mention they have the biggest and cleanest swimming pool we have ever seen.
I didn’t find anything not to like about this property, the condo, or the owner.

Condo was clean, pool was nice
Not many things to do within walking distance. Not many good restaurants within walking distance. Np restraunts on the beach.

we loved everything. the condo had everything you would need. there was shampoo, conditioner, sun tan lotion/sunscreen, hairspray, spray deodorant and lotion. I did. not expect it to have qtips and makeup wipes. there was a keurig with sugar/sweetener, creamer and tea bags. there was 4 bottles of water in the fridge and a pitcher of filtered water. there was a charcoal grill with charcoal.
I was under the impression it was a one bedroom with separate sitting area but it was a studio. which was fine and no way takes away from my review. there was a sewer smell the last night but it wasn’t that bad. the closet wouldn’t open to get the beach chairs but it ended up being too cold for the beach. there was high wind and some of the tiles were blown off the roof but it didn’t effect our condo.

The condo was very clean and stocked with absolutely everything you would need except food! They even had beach chairs,umbrellas, towels and tanning lotion for us to use. Our stay was wonderful!! We will definitely use this condo again! Thank you for all your hard work and the beautiful view

I love all the little art work. Had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the back canal watching the boats go by. Last day we seen some dolphins out there. My wife and i will be back. You all are great!!!
Nothing, everything was great. We left some trash bags paper towels and a cooking sheet.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was great - communication with the host, location and the property. We loved the backyard and were very happy to find all the essentials for the beach.

Enjoy this stay. It's nice and cozy. Very convenient. Will most definitely be booking again. Albert and susie are great with communication. We did not see the rec room. But we did enjoy the 10ft pool and the bay. Grilled by the bay and got to fish a little.

Everything about it was beautiful. The pool was so huge. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean & very cute.

The resort is very homey with all necessary cooking, cleaning, and beach accessories. We especially liked being on the ground floor with easy access to chairs on the inlet side and the pool in the front.
The bed, although a queen, was too small for us. Of course a king would not have fit in the room.

Crossing the street to the beach.overall it was fair for the price. The host were extremely nice.
