Tv worked.
Barely any heat. Could not use the shower as the cold tap was stuck. Flickering overhead light in the room. Bedding and towels conditions were of poor quality. Fridge was so noisy it had to be unplugged so I could get some sleep. Staff barely acknowledged my comments.

The cupboard was broken the door was broken tiles in the bathroom were broken needs a big facelift better not take $300 for my damage deposit I never broke nothing neither did my family

For what I had to pay the accommodations were fine. I would not bring my family here to stay but for myself to stay in again for work it will be fine.
No lamp shade, bed was horribly uncomfortable and the carpets were very dirty.

Staff was rude and did everything they could to have us leave. And gave my damage deposit to another tenant? How is that ok? Threatened to call police when confronted. Garbage human being
Staff sucked.

parking is tight very icy lot was food left in drawers from previous tenants

Had a great stay during the cold weather while working out of town. Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was clean and tidy, had some wear on the chairs and dining table as well as towels but otherwise was a wonderful place to stay!
Some heavy stains on chairs at dining area, had smoke smell to room but was not too strong. Some stains on bath towels despite being clean.

being right beside the road it’s a bit noisy, but every hotel in Edson is right by the highway

Room is very clean and highly recommend to stay.

Sheets didn’t smell clean. I slept on the top sheet and wore some clothes. Pillow case clean.
