Saubere Zimmer, nettes und hilfbereites Personal. Kostenfreies Parken und ausreichend Parkplätze. Frühstück wurde immer sofort nachgefüllt.

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby war defekt.

Atendimento funcionários,em especial Sr Erick da recepção. Boa localização. Ótimo estacionamento.

Máquinas de lavar e secar,somente aceitam moedas de 25c,poderia se ter cartão. Precisei ir em MARKET trocar papel por moeda. Café da manha... Sempre o mesmo, Não havia em nenhum dia algum tipo de frios(queijo/presunto/etc),sempre o mesmo CARDÁPIO. Dia 19/03... NÃO havia nenhuma m tipo de fruta,iogurtes e ninguem para ao menos informar o pq.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Die Betten sehr bequem. Pflegeprodukte und Kaffee sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch mit Bageln, Frischkäse, Marmeladen, Obst, Porridge, Joghurt, Fertigrührei, anderen warmen Sachen und frischen Waffeln. Nicht zu vergleichen mit Europa, aber für Amerika schon recht gut. Zum Manhattan Beach fährt man gute 15 Minuten.

Die Lage ist schon ab vom Schuss- das weiß man aber bei der Buchung. Bis nach Hollywood fährt man gute 40-45 Minuten, nach Santa Monica vllt etwas kürzer. Der Verkehr ist in LA nun mal immer schlimm.

Gute Lage

In die Jahre gekommen, altes Mobilar, abgewohnt. Sehr hellhörig. Man konnte die Gäste über uns hören. Dusche und Toilettenspülung waren hörbar. Frühstück sehr spärlich.

Breakfast was the best part. Appreciated having non-pork meat options.

There was a bad smell in the main lobby and in the room. Any movement on the bed made the springs pop out and it sounded like the headboard was going to fall off the wall. There were long blond hairs in the bathtub drain and opened bar soap on top of the liquid soap in the shower. The second night, there was this loud banging noise and when the staff went to see what was happening upstairs, they didn't even bother to call us to let us know what was going on. We eventually had to be moved to another room.

They did not honor my online payment and I ended up having to cancel my reservation, which left me and my family stuck with nowhere to go. They did not care nor have sympathy. They just expected me to pay another $600.
