I think guests should be asked if they want their room cleaned. My room wasn't cleaned, and my trash that needed to be thrown out. I think even if you don't want to clean rooms every day, you should at least dump trash and replace towels for guests.

Breakfast very nice lots food.

I had hip surgery ask for ADA Unit so I can walk in the shower, but they gave me regular tube they put a seat on tub. This was very difficult and frustrating water was leak out tub , I slip getting out. I told front desk there solution was to give me more towels. Need to pay attention to the customer needs.

I checked out as soon as I checked in never stayed the night but still got charged. I saw people not staying at the hotel let in by staff to swimm and party it was packed at the pool because of this

Old hallway carpet. Guests leave their trash outside their door and the hallway smells of trash.

The location was nice and safe for kids and the cleanliness of the hotel.

I thought I was coming to a decent hotel. There was noise outside. The AC was very loud. The room was not cleaned properly. We booked 3 rooms total. The carpet in the hallway looked grimy. To top it off I was not expecting to pay an extra $20 for parking. If I would have seen that, I would not have stayed.

We liked the bed, the room were in was nice,but the staff was simply beautiful 😍

We didn't like the noise above our heads,we could hear the people above us now that was awful. And the the fact that you don't have people to help w1ith luggage.

Enjoyed the location and full kitchen

Guests partying until early morning. This should have been shutdown by 10. No room service whatsoever. We had to pick up our own towels, pillows and bedding from the front desk which was ridiculous. I’ve never experienced that before.

Super Loud. Muscle cars in front of sleeping room. Highway on the other side. Very suffocating experience. Hated this Hotel. Breakfast 1 Star out of 5.

I booked and paid for my room, and when I arrived, the reception told me they don't except Chime. However, after hours of trying to find alternative accommodations, the reception allowed me to stay. I should have been informed ahead of time that the facility doesn't except Chime cards

It was advertised for 6, but they didn't mention that 2 had to use a sofa bed, that couldn't be opened without moving furniture around and disconnecting the lamps. had to unplug the fridge as it was nosiest, I've even heard, must have been 50 years old. Also the aircon was a bust.
