It is a short walk to Globe Life stadium. Short drive from the airport
The rooms really need a good handyman - broken dresser drawers, handles missing, fridge was leaking, no remote for the tv. The included breakfast was also the most basic we’d come across from all the various motels we stayed in during our road trip.

Location was good.. We ended up walking back from concert because trolly not available..
NO POOL!!..
After reserving this for such long time we could have been informed that pool was Not available.. My wife was upset.. No working refrigerator. With smile the front desk guy said No refrigerators work they just for keeping things cooler not cold. Waited for next day and asked different front desk guy and he sent Maintenance man.. Thanks to Maintenance man for finding us working fridge.. My wife is Diabetic and needs to keep insulin in fridge.. We were going to be there for while.. First guy didn't care at all.. Thanks to 2nd guy and Maintenance man.. Ceiling fan was broke and ice machine on 3rd floor was not working.. One of beds had ants in them..

Upon arrival got adjoining rooms. 1 ac didn't work, changed rm same thing, changed again finally after 3hrs!!! Pool was down. There was a smell, couldn't figure it out!! They did not discount for the trouble. For the price we should have found another place!!

There was a roach in my room, one of the comforters had a larger cigarette burn in it. When I asked for extra pillows I was not allowed to have any extras. The bath tub faucets were gross. I am an Executive housekeeper for Hilton and I will never stay or recommend this place again.

The air conditioner barely cooled the room, the furniture in the room was dirty, there was an odor in the room and hallway. When we arrived they wanted cash payment for the room and required a deposit. All of that should be on the website prior to booking at this place. The front lobby was so hot I asked the clerk was the ac not working.

First room they gave us was dirty still. Next one was good. Breakfast closes too early !! People on vacation like to sleep in. Leave open till 930am or 10am. Not once did we make it for breakfast

Upon arrival, when checking in, I was told I had to pay a $50 cash deposit on top of my normal charge. They said it would be refunded when I check out. It was very inconvenient because nowhere was it stated in my booking notes or on their website that I would have to do this when checking in. I had to go find an atm to get cash out and it was a waste of my time, because, if I had known about this, I would’ve had it ready to go. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Luckily I had the extra funds available to do this, but if I didn’t, I would have had no place to stay. I did get the deposit back, but the whole process was very frustrating!

They watched out door as we unpacked & walked to parking lot and said 3 bags of luggage only. Why???? On last day, we were running late packing & the cleaning lady was extremely rude.

I liked the bed it was very comfortable and the heat in the room worked very good! The hotel was a little old but clean.
I didn't like that the breakfast didn't have anything to eat but hard boiled eggs,waffles and juice!!! No options of things to eat no meat,cereal,toast,eggs or anything!! The housekeeping on my floor was very rude also. I don't think I'll be returning to this location!! I also found a used broken crack pipe in one of the drawers in my room which indicated the room was not properly inspected prior to my arrival.
