Cuando hice la reserva, incluía el desayuno, pero no hubo, ofrecía servicio de piscina y no estaba en funcionamiento y el wifi estuvo pésimo.

Just that the elevators take a while to arrive. The doors need to be updated bc the door handle area is a bit loose and the door jams.

The staff were very kind and supportive.

Not so good location. Breakfast Included but no buffet. You need to order 1 choice from a menu. Not recommended. Pool is not working.

bathroom was disgusting, water in tub wouldn’t drain.

No hot water, no phone in room, bed side lamp did not work, no housekeeping service, breakfast was horrible, full service restaurant on site but you must order from bar and then they sit you in a dark closed dinning room area to eat- most of the items on the menu were not available. Bar person said that they just did not ordered them.

Location was good. Lots of food options. And close to highway.

Staff was not friendly. Bar food was sub par, best to leave hotel for food options.
