The STAFF is AMAZING!....BUT the rooms are VERY outdated, the bed was clean, the bathroom was nasty dirty, the walls throughout the room were dirty!! We didn't get attacked by bed bugs....which was my biggest concern. Some of the guests that we encountered were a little sketchy.... if you know what I mean. It's VERY disappointing since this is supposed to be a WYNDHAM Hotel..... I expected better from WYNDHAM. They do except pets, which was the only bonus.

Nothing the rooms smelled of mold and multiple things were broken and not in good working order.

Rude front desk staff, rooms smelled of mold, dirty sheets with stains, broken toilet and sink faucet, broken tv.

The bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness could have been better.

Toilet bowl seat was loose, there were holes in the walls, one side of our mattress had a huge hole/dent in the memory foam making for an uncomfortable night sleep

First room refrigerator didn't work second smell bad third room I was over and you ask for $100 deposit cash of front and there's no information about that on the booking etc and no paperwork

Staff was kind, especially after we informed them of the issues.

There was a hole in the carpet all the way to the concrete below. The room didn't look as if it had been cleaned since the previous guests. There was no vent on the air duct in the bathroom. The sink dripped all night. Housekeeping came by at 7:30 in the morning to "clean". A number of the outlets didn't work.

Peyton is horrible and does not know how to talk to people the manager mark/Mike? is the same. I asked for change for quarters. I was greeted with nothing but rude people. who has no reason to.

The check-in lady was very friendly.

The breakfast was seriously lacking. We went to eat at 8:00am on a Saturday and all they had to offer was kid's yogurt and waffles. There was not even milk for cereal. No fruit or anything like that.

The staff is easily the best part of staying at this hotel. The girl on first shift is a very professional lady, has a great overall attitude. The lady on second shift is awesome, and very down to earth. They both are an amazing asset to this company.

I've stayed here multiple times and the only problems I've had here are with the laundry facilities, and the drink machines. I've probably loat $20 all together because of them but other than that no complaints

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Not very clean. Knock on door 4 different times at 4a.m. Called office with no answer. Beware - stay away!
