Room was large and had a good layout, the check in was quick

Toilet paper roll was way behind the toilet and awkward to grab while sitting, towels smelled off

Nice size room for a double queen, great location, restaurant shopping malls are close as well the children hospital

The bathroom needs to be updated

This was my 1st trip to Tennessee, and my time there was very good. Definitely a lot of places to see and visit. If this was anyone 1st time in I would recommend seeing the stones river battlefield and don't forget food walking shoes. You will need it. Overall, it was a great place to visit.

It was an overnight stay on a car trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Reasonable restaurants nearby. Parking free and on site. We are never ready for breakfast when on a trip so can’t comment. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

breakfast was bland mostly. coffee not available in evening. bathroom old, shower very old, had to turn hot water all the way on to get warm water. toilet sounds like a plane taking off.

Location to highway for ease of access

My wife forgot her earrings, I gave her for our anniversary, on the sink. When we called to inquire we were told to call back the next day. There should be a way for hotel employees to contact housekeeping. Unfortunately the earrings were not found/turned in. We both remember seeing them. We have forgotten things before at other hotels. Each time we were able to verify that the items were turned in and were able to retrieve them. At this time, we are still hopeful that the earrings may have been misplaced and we may get them back.

Breakfast was the usual breakfast expected at a hotel.

Therecwasvavfan running in our bathroom that we couldn't shut off. It was a little annoying.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly. Enjoyed everything about my stay .

The bathtub needs replacing, and I had to flush the toilet several times to get it to work properly.
