Good location Nice lady

Television didn't have volume on the apps. Bed was hard and noisy. Shower had previous people's hair in it. Patio was not private at all.

Lovely host, great location. Clean and homely space :) plenty of shared space and use of outdoor patio/garden and lots of parking!

It was like staying in someone’s home with access to a kitchen, deck and garden. It was in walking distance of a shopping centre with restaurants. It was in a quiet but convenient part of town. The furnishing were pleasant and up to date.

The front door could be repainted. The road was a bit hard to find (make sure the satnav finds the right part if 16A Avenue).

Close to where I needed to be. Very clean and nice people. I would definitely like to stay again

This is just a house that has been subdivided into individual bedrooms with keyed entries. Hotel prices without the amenities.

I'm not a fan of residential homes that have been converted into room rentals. Does not feel like a home and definitely not a BnB. Basic furnishings; cheap toiletries, etc. No charm.

The location was perfect as we were attending a basketball tournament at a school that was within one kilometre of Center House. The room was cozy and comfortable. We had our own private area outside as we had a two doors to access our room. We had access to the kitchen and dining room and could cook if we wanted to or put our food in the fridge. Center House is a home with four bedroom suites. It was my first time staying in this kind of accommodation and I liked it. There was a wonderful caretaker who came and went throughout the day and made sure that we had what we needed including fresh towels for the next day. We probably saved about $200.00 for our 3 night stay at Center House over staying at a local hotel. I would go there again.

It was quiet except when someone was using the bathroom in the morning to have a shower. Then, we could hear a person having a shower and coughing etcetera. This bathroom noise was loud but thankfully brief. Our furnace was noisy too but we had the option of closing a second door to shut out the noise. We didn't bother because we got used to it as the furnace wasn't on all of the time.
