Clean, great views, connection to malls, great location, lots of elevators

Bathrooms a bit small. No hot tub or sauna to go along with pool.

The hotel is located in a central location within a short walk to major points of interest. The restaurant on site was good. Staff at the front desk and concierge were helpful and friendly.

Check in time is 4pm, and a room was not ready until shortly after, when I returned to the desk to ask. Also, I booked a king room, but was given a 2 queen room, and told that they were short on king rooms when I called to ask about it. Beds were not very comfortable.

It is fine if they have a room!

The beds are not comfortable and feel they have worn out. Also, the Destination Fee is confusing and frankly annoying.

Hotel muy cómodo, limpio, y bien ubicado. Habitación moderna y espaciosa a pasos del metro y shuttle hacia el aeropuerto. Colinda a 2 centros comerciales, uno con tiendas de lujo.

Que no incluyera desayuno. Piscina temperada muy fría.

All the conveniences...and room service. Restaurants food was delicious 😋

Me dieron una habitación con graves problemas en la ducha. El personal me dijo que nunca debieron haber asignado esa habitación porque ya sabían que estaba dañada. Me hicieron upgrade y me dieron crédito para usar en mi estadía. Por otro lado, no recomiendo el desayuno. La comida es muy falsa, dulce y me cayó mal.

I liked the room it was cozy

The pillows were a bit flat but it was ok with two on top of each other. The pool was pretty cold it would’ve been nice if it was heated but if you stay in it your body will get used to it. The water pressure wasn’t bad at all but it wasn’t very strong at all either

Cell service was terrible forcing you to pay for hotel wi-fi I did not like the additional $25 I was charged for each room, forcing me to use a credit at a hotel restaurant. Resort fee is lame too.

The beds are comfy, the view is great as well (better if the window were clean from outside), fast check in. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. The place is clean with details. The best was the location, its close to the "must seen". I will recommend your stay here if you are for a few days and the most part of the days out of the hotel.

There is a destination fee per day of $25 included in the final price, and they mentioned that you can use it as a credit. But, it's confusing what and where to use it. Even the internet- AS IS NOT FREE- they suggest to use this credit. I suggest to eliminate this fee or make it part of the total cost, but don't do it this way, this is not how a 4-5 stars hotels works. The INTERNET IS NOT FREE, You have to pay. Nowadays, it was a surprise. The room was very clean, nevertheless, I moved the trash from the bathroom to other place, and it was hair on the floor, apparently some of the things are just cleaned only on the surface. The set of the bathroom was basic, no shower cap or other related. The TV was not working, they fixed when we were there. You can't open your windows. The bottle of water inside the room was $5 EACH O.O

The parking garage was a far walk from hotel. The site sounded like it was attached to the property but you have to walk through the mall to get to the hotel. I had bags without wheels it was an uncomfortable walk.

Very comfortable room, nice views from the lobbies, nice and competent staff. We were surprised to find that anyone could walk in and take an elevator, though - it seems a downtown hotel should require key access to ride up to the guest rooms. Also, get rid of the $5 waters in the rooms - such a waste of resources and plastic in a country and city where the water is perfectly potable.

Parking for hotel guests should be included, or at least available at a reduced rate. The promotional "money back" on a restaurant bill and the free bus tours were just unnecessary distractions - why not a coupon to use in the restaurant rather than this whole back-and-forth?
