No ice maker 5th floor Renovations were somewhat inconvenient but what can you do? Just happened to be during MY time there

部屋も廊下も寒い。寒すぎてダウンジャケットを着ないと眠れず、風邪をひいた。工事中で館内がとても狭く限られて不便で工事の騒音と振動が響く。館内がうす暗い上に、窓からの眺めは何もなく、とても暗い雰囲気。値段とつりあっていなくとても高いホテル。

Location and staff. Very clean hotel room, great maid service. Staff very helpful. Wonderful workout room and pool.

Remodeling and was told only the day before we arrived. The bathroom tub and plumbing needed upgrading. Had to stay on the 9th floor to avoid noise in a room with two double beds.

The location exceeded my expectations

The customer care/ the welcoming was a little weird.

It was a great location and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was under construction while I was there which I didn’t know ahead of time. Because of this, there were loud construction noises I could hear in my bathroom while getting ready in the morning. The hotel restaurant/bar was also shut down for construction. For the small size of the room and also the inconvenience of construction, it felt overpriced.

Restaurant was closed causing breakfast problems

Great location; indoor pool was very nice. Having a fridge in the room was convenient.

Hotel receptionist could not find my reservation and acted like it's my fault - did not even apologize for the inconvenience/long wait. The hotel needs renovation badly. The carpet in the room was old and had a giant raised wrinkle through the entire room. Bathtub was chipped and did not look clean. There was no restaurant, bar, or coffee place on site.

The location was excellent in downtown Boston close to most attractions. The connection to the Prudential Center was great for shopping and food. The room and the bathroom was dated, you can see the wear and tear. The bed was relatively comfortable.

I did stay at the Sheraton over 10 years ago and the property was plush, as they were renovating there were no on property or in dining available for the guest.

For such a huge hotel there was nowhere within it to get a cup of coffee. Also the interior in general I felt was just about due an update. I understand however that at the time of our visit there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes renovating the restaurant area and I am sure it will look fantastic when it reopens. The fact that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall meant we could grab a bite and a coffee very close by so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Love the location, ten minute walk to Fenway Park and five minute walk to attractions. Having a huge mall on the second level was amazing. You don’t even need to go outside for dinner with great restaurants right in the mall. Love the $3 shuttle to the airport! Rooms were perfect. Mall has a CVS to get snacks, but 78 other name brand stores. The Sky Boston rooftop attraction is worth it, in the mall. It’s just $10 if you’re wearing sports gear, and has three levels. You can view the entire city from this observatory, three different ways!

When we checked in we asked if it was possible to split the bill on two cards evenly and if not we would just use one card. We were told it would be no problem at all to split it. Upon check out, the person checking us out did not want to do it. Love how the visiting team stays next door. Was able to get autographs and even see them in the mall attached to the hotel.

The workout room is good and the pool is very nice. The beds are comfortable.

They don't have a restaurant this time we stayed was closed. But there's many nearby restaurants to walk to.

The conference I attended was held in this hotel, so the location was ideal.

Too many things to list. For example, the restaurant, bar and coffee shop were unavailable, being under reconstruction (I was informed of this by email the day before arrival, too late to cancel). So, I had to resort to room service -- terrible food served in paper bags and cardboard containers with plastic "silverware." Definitely not worth the price. On one occasion I had to cancel my breakfast order having waited well over an hour to have it delivered. There was no business center in the hotel, and I could not have even one page printed out by the staff. True, there is a shopping center adjoining the hotel offering various facilities and open during business hours, but it did not always suit me to go outside. In short, the hotel has zero appeal and I will avoid it in the future.

Great Location!

The advertised a pool, but was told it wasn’t open.

The location is the best as you can locate the hotel from inside the mall. The room we had was spacious and we overlooked the River Charles.
