They said ocean view . Honestly it was in front of Ocean if the tall houses doesnt blocked the ocean view. So literally no ocean at front. You need to go all around to the stop light to Go on a beach...

Even they have available room for check in early they wont let you until you pay extra.😞

I get it isn’t a 5 star place but at the very least should be kept clean. There was a stain on our sheets, dust everywhere, and just over not clean!

There was nothing that I didn't like about this place

Nothing about this place other then it is close to the beach however it was freezing and we had other plans so that aspect was not a consideration this trip.

The staff was rude. The towels were dingy and dirty looking. The shower was sandy. There was no blankets anywhere and it was freezing. The staff was pounding on our door at 8am to ask us about a spill close to outside our front door which we had no idea about yet she wanted us to clean it up.... With what first of all? Ridiculous. We do not carry mops nor do we work there. Especially since we had no idea what it was or how it got there. When we asked for clean towels she only then demanded we return the dirty ones that instant and she would bring back more later - we never received the towels. Our room was also missing the table & chairs that every other room seemed to have. I have yet to get my deposit back. There was nothing left in the room except our trash which we neatly left in the only baby trash can we had or stacked right next to it. We will never stay here again. WAY overpriced for the accommodations beach or no beach.

The location was convenient off PCH and near the beach. Safe area however the trade off was the noise of traffic.

Rooms didn’t have a ocean view and cleaning needs to be double checked. We found someone else’s dirty sock on the floor in plain view. The sheets had a musky scent to them as well.

The front desk lady was nice.

everything! it was disgusting, we didn’t stay. we ended up checking out and staying somewhere else. it was so dirty inside I couldn’t even attempt to feel comfortable sleeping in there. there was nasty brown gunk on the bathroom door and disgusting stuff left behind in a drawer that I did not further investigate but I will post a picture.

We weren't bothered because one of us needs a lot of sleep, even during the day. They respected that.

The water pipes make a lot of noise and the walls weren't very soundproof. We could hear the people nextdoor.

I had great difficulty booking on line. When I got there. The lady at the front desk. Was not willing to help us. She won't give me the internet password word so l could check on my booking. She lied about the password was different according to the rented room. Then they booked me to 2 rooms so l am still dealing with this problem. The tub had no plug. The back of doors were very dirty with finger prints.The evening desk worker was a gentleman and pleasant and helpful. In the morning the female desk worker was pleasant but sorry too late.
