The grounds were very well kept and it had the air of sophistication that you don't always get from a condo complex. The pool and jacuzzi area was excellent. The condo itself was also quite nice and featured all the amenities we like when we travel.

It's a little far from the action of the strip and other places. They say it's about 10 minutes away, but it's more like 20 or so. The shuttle was a bit on the inconvenient side.

location on west side of town and away from the strip was great...only a few minutes from Red Rock Canyon made it very family friendly. Kids loved the pool.

Cleanliness of the pool & hottub - really great facility with an amazing outdoor pool. The hottube was pretty gross though once the jets turned off and you could see the water...visible algae to the extent that we (and another guest who saw it) avoided going in once we saw it. However, the biggest drawback to our stay was that the internet was really (really really) bad. Like 1995 bad. We asked and the (friendly) staff said they were having troubles with their server...but it persisted the entire duration of our 5 day stay. The connection would drop so frequently that it was impossible to send emails, messenger chat, etc. Absent these issues, the property would get a 9 from me.

It was hard to find the room. There was no second bed. No free breakfast.

I didn't like being pushed on for a timeshare with the company.

The room was very comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen. We were close enough to the strip to spend some time there, but far enough away that traffic wasn't crazy. There were many restaurants near by as well as stores like Target. We would definitely stay there again!

The lamp in the living room was a little bright. With a small child sleeping there we wanted something a little dimmer to act as a night light for them. Overall, no significant complaints.
