The staff was friendly
It would have been nice if there was a little leeway on the breakfast time. I got down there at 9:35 after getting in very late & they were throwing away the eggs. Also the whole cashless system was a shock but okay. I’ve never had a property refuse to accept cash.

Checking in was terrible, there were two front deck person and with only 2 people were before me and have waited 30 minutes to be checked in. Next day when came back door card didn't work and to check the card have waited 45 minutes! Two people were checking in and same long waiting time, front desk lady no idea what she was doing. During next days I haven't seen her around

Suitable for one night, check in and out without any problem. No chance to use the kitchen ( no equipment), but we got the standard breakferst in the morning.
Corresponding to two stars level. The carpet could be cleaner a little bit.

Front desk was quite rude. She seemed annoyed by us arriving late although it was a 24h check in.
Our flight from Dallas to Vegas was delayed and our reservation was canceled. That cost us a lot more for the room and the front desk lady wasn’t friendly at all. Bad service, we’ll never go back there.

Very large, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very nice and helpful personel. They allowed us to leave the luggage for a few days for free! Despite very early check-out they gave us some snacks and coffe.
Airport transfer was only to 9.00 pm. Besides there was no contact with the object via booking. Despite writing some messages I got no answer.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, staff was super friendly and took care of anything that I needed, kids enjoyed the pool, overall the place was great!
I didn't like the the sofa bed had no sheets or blankets

Breakfast was great. I think the girls name was Lisa that prepared the breakfast and did all the work was excellent. The room and the beds were very comfortable. Pillows were comfortable no complaints. Excellent place to stay will recommend.

It was in a great location for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway being why we went and had everything we needed when we were at the hotel.
Our room that we got had problems with the door and it wouldn’t work with any of the keys we were given. it wouldn’t have been a problem with we were room swapped.

The breakfast was awesome. We loved the waffles. And the eggs and bacon were delicious. The beds and pillows were comfy.
The shower temperature was hard to read, so the first time was a chilled shower. The tile grout was coming up in the bathroom from the tile.

our toilet had issues and wouldnt flush so we had to do it through the tank the entire time. they didnt have any other rooms to move us to

Hotel was clean, very quiet and the room spacious and very clean. Everything was up to par. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. Safe parking. Good place to stay price vs quality.
The coffee was really "weak" maybe put fresh ground coffee instead of just adding water to the one is already brewed.

I called to verify that the bathroom was wheel chair accessible and it was not friendly at all my mother couldn’t even take a shower while we were there couldn’t get in and out of shower
