Location very near to Las Vegas Speedway.
A couple of small issues with the room but these were quickly resolved by the front desk attendant when reported.

My stay at Best Western Plus North Las Vegas was great. I come twice a year and the experience is always nice.
There was some confusion about the time my room would be ready. I called at 9:42 am on July 27th and asked what was the best time to call back to check on early check-in. The time given was 12:30 PM; I called at the time given and was told to come on over; my room was ready. Upon arriving, I was greeted with, "It will be 30 minutes before the room will be ready." Finally, just before 3:00 PM, my room was ready. Things happen, and this incident will not prevent me from staying here in the future. I love this place.

Nice, friendly staff
Breakfast food was overcooked and sparse. The waffle maker didn't work well and the batter was too runny. The sausage patties were hard and the egg discs were cold. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes ran low without being replenished. The breakfast experience was very disappointing.

The rooms are clean, air conditioner works well, and breakfast is good. Eggs, meat, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, and juice are available in a nice dining area.
We booked our room after verification there would be a hot breakfast and open swimming pool, but the pool was closed when we arrived. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and understanding when we had to amend our plans due our airline misplacing our luggage. We chose this motel due to its location just off I-15 as we were heading north. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We would stay here again.
There is some noise from the nearby train line and the aircon unit in the room was very loud.

rooms are big
splatters of something everywhere. Very noisy I can hear everyone. next to a train to so I wake up every time it comes by. things are broken like shower curtain or shelf’s. breakfast my bengals had mold and my eggs had hair in them. I got food poisoning. I’m not happy.

Beds were not queen or if they were were small. the one bed was almost against the heater. would have used the other one but it made a noise when you moved
